Oh...Wow... This house is a treasure. I hope the eventual buyer really invests in renovating the kitchen, dock, fish house, and garage/workshop so they compliment the house. Right now, their banality really detracts.

The realtor.com page for it is just a delight. 99 photos and every angle is a treasure. The primary bathroom tub defies description. And there's another bathroom with that vanity and tub tiling. There's also a (extremely low end, compared with the house) boathouse and what appears to be a horse stable??

This truly is the "The Homer" of houses. Genuine question though: with bathroom sinks fully enrobed in tilework like that, what happens when you have a clog? Is there an acccess hatch somewhere hidden on the back side? No hatch, just hopefulness?

I unironically love this house. With the exception of the kitchen cabinet design, everything in this house is fascinating. Even when it's bad, it's bad in an interesting way.
