Please post an article that I can read without jumping through hoops. I have no idea what an 'incognito tab' is or the other workarounds

In most jurisdictions that require a window, I don't think there's any requirement that the window open. And in converted office towers, most of the units are gonna be pretty high up, most units are gonna be pretty far from the sidewalk.

I cannot sleep at night, I have a messed up circadian rhythm that only lets me sleep during the day. I don't mind, I have perfected my layers of blackout curtains. And I would still never choose to live in a windowless room. I want fresh air and I want to be able to look outside when crazy guys on the sidewalk are screaming at each other.
