New Exhibit

Gene guided me down the eerily halogen lit hallway with an arm on my shoulder. He seemed to know where we were going, despite never having been here before. Behind us, our guide, Sanzu, hovered, his fake-flesh covered hands clasped in front of him. The smile on Sanzu’s digital face seemed exceptionally performative, accentuating the lifelessness of his eyes. Whatever race had designed this droid certainly didn’t research human features before asking him to imitate them.
“You’ll notice,” Sanzu’s voice buzzed as he silently floated past us, “our first exhibit here. His name is Colton. Press the button and take a look!”
Sanzu was armless, built like the Venus de Milo, but artificial-looking disembodied arms hovered outside his canister body. One of them gestured to a glass wall, beyond which we could barely make out a single shadowy shape in a darkened room. Sanzu gestured at a panel in the wall with a single button. Gene smiled at me, nudging me toward it with a pat on my ass. I blushed--it felt strange to be flirting in front of Sanzu--and stared at the blue-lit button before pressing it with my thumb.
The room beyond the glass wall lit up and we saw the figure inside was a man--an actual human man, the first we’d seen since landing on this little atmosphere-wrapped asteroid. The man’s moustached face suddenly looked panic as his blocky head darted around; something about the lights turning on seemed to frighten him.
“Observe Colton, a champion bodybuilder,” a tinny-sounding voice buzzed from the speaker below the button. Damn, was he ever a bodybuilder! The guy was massive, easily over 300 pounds and clad only in a tiny yellow posing strap. I immediately envied his size and thickness; I was a bodybuilder myself, but I could only ever compete in the classic physique divisions. Mass-monsters like Colton always caught my eye--I’d been dreaming all my life of being that size!
“I can’t tell if you’re horny for him or jealous of him,” Gene said with a grin. Despite his constant adulation of my muscles, he knew I would never be satisfied with my size, never big enough. I envied Gene too, with his perfectly beautiful face, bright blue eyes and his solid jawline. He’d been beautiful his whole life, unfettered by worries that he, “wasn’t big enough,” and I wondered what it would feel like to be so free.
“Maybe it’s both,” I said back to him, then gave him a kiss on the cheek. Gene knew I would rather be with a heartthrob like him any day over a guy bigger than me--although, getting tossed around by Colton was an idea I couldn’t get out of my head.
The four-feet-wide bodybuilder backed away from the glass, which seemed to be two-way (he didn’t appear to notice we were there). The speaker buzzed again: “Colton is 6’2” tall, 310 pounds, 12% bodyfat.”
“Damn,” I muttered, immediately regretting it as soon as the sound had been made. Gene pinched my bicep and I lovingly stroked his lower back.
“Calm down, okay?” Gene teased. “Respect Gene as a man and not as a piece of meat.”
“Despite genetic rarities, Colton’s body is entirely flesh and blood by typical Terran standards,” the speaker buzzed again. I glanced back at Sanzu, whose hovering canister body had tilted forward, the holographic face looking especially maniacal as it fixated on Colton.
“Watch as we transmute his flesh into something more… pliable,” the speaker buzzed. I glanced at Gene, who looked as inappropriately gleeful as Sanzu.
The floor below Colton lit up in a perfect circle around him, bathing him in blue light. He cried out, clearly locked to his spot.
“Does it hurt?” Gene said, turning to Sanzu, who didn’t respond.
“It looks like it does,” I said, watching as the massive man’s muscle-stuffed body twitched and jiggled in the iridescent energy. As it faded, Colton looked different, although I couldn’t put my finger on it.
“He looks like someone squashed two of those old-timey strongmen together,” Gene commented. “Don’t you think? With his bald head and that big fluffy stache?”
Did he not notice what had happened? “He looks… shiny…” was all I could say. “Did he… change?” Truly, his skin was reflecting the room’s artificial light now, but something else looked off. He’d had the thick, full muscles of an offseason bodybuilder before the light hit him, but something about his body looked rounder now. I stepped up to the glass and peered in. His skin seemed… translucent? I thought I could see the wall’s grid-pattern through Colton’s round, bulky body!
Suddenly another droid--exactly like Sanzu, but with clown-makeup generated on his solid-light facial features and a floppy purple clown wig on his head, suddenly appeared beside Colton. Gene grinned and clapped, a move that surprised me. Colton seemed terrified of the clown droid, backing away as it hovered ever closer to him.
“Look at the way he’s moving,” I said, pointing to his feet. Every time Colton took a step, he seemed to lift off the ground for a moment, like gravity was losing its hold on him. The shiny bodybuilder backed against the wall, wincing, as the clown-droid reached out with its white-gloved hands. The droid dragged a hand across Colton’s huge pecs, letting out a loud rubbery squeak. The droid’s head spun around to face us, projecting a wide smile.
“He’s a balloon!” Gene said at the exact moment I figured it out. The clown droid gave big Colton a shove and the bodybuilder bounced harmlessly off the wall and tilted forward, falling to the floor as slowly as a feather.
“Oh my gosh,” I said aloud as Colton’s balloon-pecs hit the floor and bounced him back to an upright position. The clown grabbed Colton’s face and stretched out wide. When the clown let go, Colton’s face stayed that way. Then the clown squashed his head down, making it squat and wide.
“That’s Zerbot,” Sanzu said, pointing at the clown-droid. “He’s an expert at clownery. He’s studied the entire history of earthling clown performances thousands of times over.”
Colton put up his brawny arms to defend himself, but they seemed to have no strength in them. Zerbot grabbed the arms and twisted them, tying them in clumsy rubber knots. Then Zerbot’s arm reared back and squashed down on Colton hard, mooshing him down to midget size. Then he grabbed Colton by each end and started twisting. Colton’s balloon body squeaked loudly as Zerbot manipulated him, and I could hear the massive man moaning the whole time.
“I don’t think it hurts,” Gene said, the corner of his mouth turned up. “It sounds like he’s kind of getting off on it!” It was true, Colton’s ragged breathing and deep moaning did sound sexual.
Suddenly Zerbot turned and presented his balloon animal creation: a four foot tall giraffe, with Colton’s yellow posing trunks tied around its waist. I could see Colton’s eyes and mouth on the giraffe’s face, darting around wildly. Then Zerbot manipulated Colton furiously, producing a balloon-sword with the yellow posers wrapped around the hilt. Colton’s eyes and mouth were at the sword’s center, looking around, terrified. Zerbot twisted furiously again, resulting in more maddening squeaks, before producing a huge three-foot-tall balloon cock with big balloon balls wrapped in the yellow posers. Colton’s mouth had ended up underneath the balls, along with his moustache, while his eyes sat vertically along the balloon-cock’s shaft.
Gene actually applauded! The sound snapped me out of my daze and I realized my jaw had been hanging open. Zerbot starting rubbing the Colton-cock up and down its rubbery length, causing his displaced mouth to moan and beg--alternating between, “Stop! No more!” and, “Please, oh god, please touch me again…”
“I’m guessing… he’s super-senstitive that way?” I posited.
“In his balloon state, Colton’s sensations are amplified by a thousand, and are entirely rerouted to his pleasure centers,” Sanzu explained. “He’s experiencing approximately 750% of what an average human orgasm, although with a constant intensity without release.”
“Lucky Colton!” Gene said, elbowing me in the abs. The light went off on Colton and Sanzu hovered down the hallway. Gene grabbed me by the hand and led me along.
Sanzu gestured toward another button in another glass wall. This time, Gene slapped it with his open palm. The room lit up and behind, we saw a thick, burly figure. He had been seated, but leapt to his feet when the light came on.
“Is someone there?” he said, walking forward. He was built like a strongman, with broad shoulders, thick limbs and a wide torso. My eyes went straight for his keg-belly, standing up straight with just a hint of abs across its surface. He looked incredibly powerful, the epitome of chubby strength. Like with Colton, I was immediately envious, curious to hear what a guy like that could bench and deadlift. Because of Colton, I knew that something was about to happen to him, and a part of me was thrilled to find out what.
“Meet Zack, whose durability and propensity for developing muscle mass have lent themselves well to a career as a strongman, essentially demonstrating the outer limits of human physical capabilities to receive financial reimbursement as well as the accolades of others of his ilk.” We never tore our eyes from Zack’s brawny, speedo-clad form as the speaker buzzed out his introduction.
Another droid appeared behind Zack, this one only vaguely human and emanating a bright yellow light. The big man whirled around. “Dammit!” he said, holding up powerful hands. “Stay back!”
“That’s Wynn,” Sanzu said, pointing to this droid. “His systems are based on a fractal design. His capacity for knowledge is nearly unlimited!”
“Hello Zack!” greeted the droid in a synthetic, saccharine voice. “Care to have a little trivia game with me?”
The speaker buzzed again: “Despite his physical prowess, Zack’s I.Q. is on the higher end of the human spectrum. His knowledge spans most sciences, philosophy, history and mathematics. He’s also a lover of classical literature!”
“He looks like he’s a lover of steak and classical steroids,” Gene chuckled.
“I’m not gonna answer any of your questions! Stay away!” Zack barked.
“Name a Shakespearean comedy!” Wynn asked brightly.
“No!” Zack said. He spun around. “It doesn’t matter if I get it right or wrong! I know what it’s going to do with me!”
“Can you demonstrate the rule of modus tollens?”
“Fuck off!” Zack growled.
“He doesn’t sound too intelligent,” Gene noted. I shot him a look--how could he be so casual during all of this?--but still, I felt riveted to what was going on beyond the glass wall.
“One last chance, Zack! During which era did the Wollemi pine tree grow on Earth?”
Zack held his thick forearms up in front of his face.
Suddenly a loud buzzer sounded. Wynn’s aura shifted from yellow to dark red and his smile became a sneer. “You have failed!” the droid buzzed, and a red beam shot from the droid’s extended hand into Zack’s head.
The big man fell against the wall and lay there for a moment as a plume of smoke rose from the big guy’s head.
“Is he dead?” I asked, but both Sanzu and Gene were fixated on the action.
Zack stumbled forward, a dopey look on his face as a dollop of drool spread down his lower lip. He gurgled and swatted at the air casually, then scratched at the bulge in his speedo before squatting down like a caveman. He grunted and growled, then erupted with a silly laugh. Wynn’s laser-blasting hand now produced a stream of bubbles. Zack swatted at them dreamily, giggling the whole time.
“Oh wow! He’s an imbecile now!” Gene said.
“In human colloquial terms, he is now reduced to a himbo,” the speaker buzzed.
Zack reached down and tore the speedo in half with his big hands, letting his big cock spring forth. He pawed at his hard dick (the size of which impressed me as much as his frame had). With his other hand he shoved a middle finger up his big ass, bouncing up and down on it as his face got a faraway look, either not seeing or not caring about the droid hovering in front of him.
“Man, Zack is really going to town on himself!” Gene said, reaching down and giving my own cock--which, I was ashamed to admit, was rock-hard--a playful squeeze. “Giving me some ideas for your big ass later!” he said, slapping my ass.
“Zack’s intellect has dropped dramatically,” the speaker continued, “while his libido has risen sharply. Watch how he reacts to a dramatic change in physical form!”
Suddenly a huge cylinder, like a giant rolling pin, descended from the ceiling. Zack gurgled and clapped, lying flat on the floor as the cylinder rolled toward him. The roller stopped as it rolled over his feet. Zack bucked and moaned as it flattened his beefy body against the floor. His massive arms slapped against it as it rolled over him, leaving him paper-thin against the floor. Then the roller rose into the ceiling, leaving Zack flat as a ribbon.
Wynn reached down and grabbed the big brute--whose face was still visible on his otherwise featureless form--and shook him out like he was a blanket. The big galoot moaned and squealed as Wynn manipulated him, poking at his nearly two-dimensional body while the brainless hunk grunted out his pleasure.
“Are all these exhibits pleasure-based?” Gene asked. Sanzu nodded. It was a shockingly short response--the only simply answer Sanzu had given all day--and I had far more questions, but Gene seemed satisfied.
Wynn now folded Zack like he was a blanket, leaving him in a neat stack on the floor as he gurgled and drooled. Then the light turned off.
“And now we head to our last exhibit,” Sanzu said, hovering toward a glass wall at the end of the hallway.
“You want to do the honors?” Gene asked, gesturing at the illuminated button. I was hesitant--part of me was horrified at what I’d already seen, but the rest of me was unbelievably aroused--but I gingerly touched the button anyway. A light beyond the glass came on, revealing yet another hapless man.
This guy was built like a superhero: broad, hairless and rock-hard. Again, I was envious, this time of his broad-shoulders, his narrow waist and his thick blonde hair. He looked shredded, paper-thin skin wrapped tightly over massive muscles. Gene seemed even more excited at this guy, who I guess would be considered Gene’s “type”--if I were being honest, I would say that this third prisoner looked like an upgraded version of me. His muscles were bigger, his body was leaner, his face was far prettier, with a far bigger bulge in his orange trunks than I’d ever had… and that hair! Good god, I wanted to run my hands through it. I bet Gene did as well.
“Meet Raymond,” the speaker buzzed. “Raymond is an elite example of human physiology.”
“Dammit, no!” Raymond said as the light came on. He banged his fists against the glass.
“Watch as Raymond,” introduced the speaker, “whose body is defined by its density, experiences the opposite of that state.”
A metallic four-pronged claw descended from the ceiling like coin-operated prize-fetching game. The cord it hung from seemed prehensile and snatched at the air. Raymond, familiar with the claw, dropped to the ground to escape it.
The claw snatched on to one of his ripped arms, locking around his wrist and pulling it away. Raymond fought against the assault in the opposite direction. I expected to see the air ripped from its socket, but instead it stretched like warm taffy. Gene giggled with delight as the claw let go. Raymond’s arm flopped against the ground, stretched and soft. He moaned and tried to pull it back to its original shape. It looked like he was manipulating chewed bubble gum.
The claw then reached down and snatched at the front of his orange posers. Raymond yelped, his elongated arm flopping around as he pulled away. The claw had latched onto the head of his dick, pulling it across the room before letting it go. An eight-foot long, half-inch wide cock whipped around the room like a wild garden house before flopping to the ground. Raymond sobbed at his deformed penis, trying to coil it up. The claw dropped down again, jabbing into his chest and spinning like an egg beater. Instead of the scream I expected, Raymond moaned with pleasure as his pecs whirled around like mashed potatoes. The claw then pulled away, leaving them a misshapen mound before grabbing at his face and pulling it out of shape as well.
“He’s a taffy man!” Gene said in a hushed voice. He seemed to really be enjoying this one. (I had to admit, I was too.)
The claw continued to rotate around Raymond, grabbing at bits of him and stretching him out until he was just a flopping pile of undulating tan flesh. The soft gooey mound of bodybuilder slowly spread out across the floor. I saw one of his eyes slowly floating to the surface, blinking and looking around wildly. A bit of his orange posers poked out of the pile of goo as the claw retracted into the ceiling.
“These are museum exhibits,” I asked Sanzu finally. “Do you bring in a new guy each time? Do you transform a different man every time someone comes to view?”
Sanzu’s head pivoted from side to side. “The exhibits exist in a stable time pocket. At the end of each viewing, they snap back to their original shape.” As if on command, the light turned off on Raymond’s exhibit. I watched as the blob of Raymond, slowly creeping across the floor, suddenly froze. A moment later, Raymond appeared again, as whole as he’d been when I first saw him.
“But they… they seemed to know what was going to happen to them…” I wondered out loud.
“Their memories are recorded at the end of each temporal loop, and reimplanted in them once they’re rebooted,” Sanzu said, clasping his hands together like he was praying. “Part of the artist’s unique vision is their knowledge of what has happened to them, and what will continue to happen to them again and again.”
“Artist?” I said with a sneer. Did one of these droids think of these men as art? Was that what this was all about?
“Only if they are freed do we wipe their memories. Each exhibit is unique to the specimen within it. No exhibit has ever been repeated, and the artist prefers his work to exist only on the premises, and not in the minds of the specimens once they’re released.”
“How are they released?” I asked, looking back at Raymond, who was now crouched down in the center of his darkened cell, awaiting another viewer.
“If an acceptable specimen is offered to the museum, we will consider releasing one as a trade.” Suddenly a green cone of light beamed out of Sanzu’s face, traveling up and down my body. “This one has been deemed acceptable.”
“The fuck?” I said, looking at Gene, who bounced his eyebrows at me as a dart, launched from Sanzu’s hands, suddenly appeared in my shoulder. I yanked it out, but suddenly the feeling drained from my body. I blacked out before I hit the ground.
When I woke, I found myself in an empty room, facing a single mirror. I was naked, save for a tiny pink posing strap. “Gene?” I yelled. “Gene, what did you do! Gene, let me out of here!” I had a feeling someone was on the other side of wall--was it Gene? Which one of those big men had he traded me for?
Suddenly a droid appeared bathed in purple light. “Hello!” it said. “I am Xerris. I am the artist. You will be a perfect addition to our museum. And remember, you’ll never need to eat, or rest, and your body will continuously revert back to this physically perfect form into infinity. Isn’t that wonderful?”
I looked down at my well-built physique, suddenly feeling very naked in front of this synthetic being. Xerris disappeared, and I was left alone to wonder what horrifying display I was going to become. I didn’t have to wonder long--less than a minute later, the lights turned on. Someone on the other side of that glass had hit the button, I knew.
I had no time to react before a hose suddenly fired out from the wall, snaking around my legs before rising up and jabbing right through my trunks, deep up my ass before I could even scream. I grabbed at it, trying to yank it out, but then I felt the pressure rise within me. I looked down with horror as my muscles all started to inflate, blowing up bigger than my wildest dreams as I rose off the ground.
I got huge quickly, bigger even than Colton or Zack, but it didn’t stop. After while, my muscles had blown out so much that I was a perfect sphere. I wiggled my inflating limbs as the pressure continued. My human features started to flatten out, leaving me a perfectly turgid orb of human flesh with feet, hands, my head and my cock poking out of it. My face had blown up so huge that I couldn’t even yelp--but somehow, the pressure inside me felt… good, like the inside of my body had become incredibly sensitive. Every inch of me tingled with the sensation of a blowjob. A moan escaped bloated face as I floated, lighter than air. I was humiliated as my swollen cock burped forth a load as my whole body vibrated with the most intense orgasm of my life--that only seemed to grow in intensity with every second.
Then the light shut off. I hovered there for a moment before it all snapped back to before. I was human again, on the floor, in the dark, and I knew it was all going to happen again once someone slapped that button.
