Gunther was still soaked with sweat when he walked into Herbert’s office. The massive bodybuilder had to stoop just to get in the door. He tossed his duffel bag to the floor and gestured toward Herbert’s massage table.
“So should I… y’know, just hop on?” the 26 year old goliath said in his deep voice, looking down at his drenched salty skin.
Herbert adjusted his glasses and smiled at the big brute. “You’re going to have to lose your clothes and dry off before you can get on my table. A shower would have probably been ideal.”
Gunther grinned sheepishly as he peeled off his tank top and yanked down his shorts. “Workout went late. Coach has really been kicking my ass. Wants to put even more size on me…”
“Is there any room for more size?” Herbert said as he placed some oil in the warmer and adjusted the height of the massage table to accommodate Gunther’s bulk.
“Yeah, well… 350 in the offseason is the goal. Coach thinks I’ve got the genetics for it.” Gunther stepped toward the table wearing just his compression shorts but Herbert held up his hands.
“You have to lose all your clothes,” Herbert said, nodding at Gunther’s stuffed trunks.
“I, uh…” Gunther’s thumbs gingerly snapped the waistband on his shorts, but he looked away shyly.
Herbert shook his head. Big beast stomps around like an elephant, but gets shy about a little nudity. “Gunther, I have a theory that the problems in your lower back and knee, as you described them, could have something to do with your glutes and hamstrings. As dense as you are, I’m going to need nothing between me and those muscles to properly manipulate them. And let’s be honest: your husband’s my best friend. I’ve seen all your nudes already.”
Gunther chuckled nervously but still turned away to finally strip down. Herbert’s eyes went wide to see Gunther’s big cock dangling so low Herbert could see it between the big man’s thick legs from behind.
The massage bed creaked when Gunther slung his big body over it. Herbert just smiled as he got to work. “Ah, I can see right away what’s going on,” Herbert said as he dug his fingers into the thick, hard flesh. “You’re all bound up. I’ve got to do some serious lengthening here, break up all this nasty fascia, smash these adhesions…” Gunther’s frame tensed as the young bodybuilder gritted his teeth and hissed. “It’s going to be painful. But Evan paid me for a full two hours. Trust me, we’re both going to have a rough time getting through this.”
“Oh--oh man!” Gunther yelped as Herbert dug his elbow into the rippling cords of muscle behind his right shoulderblade.
“Yep. It’s gonna hurt worse than any of those squats you’ve been doing. And honestly, when we get to those hamstrings… I hope you’re not afraid to cry in front of another man, big guy.”
“Oh geez--FUCK!” Gunther growled as Herbert manipulated his flesh.

Six months earlier, Herbert stood in Evan’s kitchen sipping some rosé. Through the window, the two had a view of Evan’s massive pool. A half dozen of their friends were arranged around it, nibbling appetizers over light conversation.
“CANNONBALL!” Gunther roared as he hurtled through the air like a meteor of muscle, hitting the pool with such force that every guest around their deck got showered.
“He seems like a real handful,” Herbert said with a sly smirk at his bestie.
“He’s more than a handful,” Evan said, stroking his salt-and-pepper beard with a faraway look in his eye. “His bodybuilding career is really taking off. He’s got sponsors now… if I had his genetics, and his build at his age…” Evan drew himself up to his full height and threw back his broad shoulders. “It all comes so easy to him. I don’t think he has any idea how hard the rest of us work to accomplish what he does naturally.”
“Not all of us,” Herbert said, rolling his eyes at his well-built friend. “But… I mean, I know that bodybuilding is expensive, and it seems to be his only life. I certainly hope…” Herbert shook his head and finished his drink. “Nevermind.”
“What?” Evan said, raising an eyebrow. He took the glass from Herbert’s hand.
“It’s just… I worry about you sometimes, Ev. The way you fall head over heels for guys… I mean you’re wealthy, good-looking, a successful lawyer… I just hope Gunther’s not just using you. You deserve to be more than a sugar-daddy.”
Evan shook his head. “No. No way. What Gunther and I have… it’s real.” The two looked outside and watched as Gunther tackled their friend Luke, a pretty blonde bartender Gunther had asked Evan to invite, into the pool. As the two men wrestled, Evan and Herbert’s eyes met sadly.
“I could weave a simple spell,” Herbert said, placing a hand on Evan’s bulky shoulder. “Just something to make certain that he, if he screws around on you, you’ll know it right away.”
“You know I’m not comfortable with that magic stuff you do, Herb,” Evan said.
As Gunther used his massive arms to lift himself from the pool, Luke grabbed his swim trunks and yanked them down, exposing the huge bodybuilder’s swollen glutes for everyone around to marvel and swoon about.
“It wouldn’t… you know… hurt him, would it?” Evan said.
“No, no,” Herbert said. “But I think it’s only fair that jeopardizing your relationship would also jeopardize his future as a bodybuilder, right? And if he’s actually faithful, you have nothing to worry about.”
Evan thought about the proposition, his age-worn face looking statuesque but weary.
“I’ll just need something of his,” Herbert said finally. “Something that belonged to him that he gave to you.”

At the end of the two hours, the floor of Herbert’s office was soaked. Both Herbert and Gunther were out of breath. “I feel like I may need to pay for a massage myself now,” Herbert said, wringing his sore hands.
“After doing work like that, you’re gonna have Popeye forearms,” Gunther said, his eyes closed, his whole body now limp across the table.
Herbert lit some incense and a candle. “Since it smells like a locker room in here, I’m going to just waft a little fragrance, if you don’t mind.”
“We all done?” Gunther said, lifting his head. “I feel like you just beat the shit out of me… but the pain’s all gone.”
“Just a little extra, a little nice massage to release some tension after having been in excruciating pain for two hours,” Herbert said, casually setting a purple crystal next to the glowing candle. He placed two fingers on it and whispered an arcane word. Then he gently kneaded Gunther’s incredible back.
“I feel… almost high…” Gunther said, his big lungs filling with incense-laden air.
“Well, you’re going to want to make sure to hydrate,” Herbert said as his hands went lower.
“You know, I don’t know why you’re single,” Gunther said. “You really are a great guy. Just like Evan said.”
“Yes, well,” Herbert said, his hands finally resting atop Gunther’s mountainous buttocks. “I suppose I’d have better luck if I were as big as you or Evan. It seems the only men getting any attention these days are those built like gorillas.”
Gunther chuckled and let out a deep sigh. “You look, actually, exactly like my last boyfriend, the guy I was with before Evan. I mean, Evan’s the first bodybuilder I’ve ever dated. I always liked my guys nice and little and cute… like… you…”
Herbert smiled and licked his lips. He slid a single finger down Gunther’s crack. The big bodybuilder went rigid.
“What are you doing?” he said.
“Shhh,” Herbert said, knowing his special incense and crystal were chipping away at Gunther’s resolve. “Evan paid me to make sure you felt amazing. So let me make you feel amazing.”
It took a moment for Gunther to process this, but finally he relaxed again as Herbert reached down and teased the big brute’s hole. He knew, thanks to Evan, just how sensitive Gunther’s ass was--and how much he liked it played with. One finger soon became two, and Herbert started building up a nice rhythm as the titanic man started grinding his hips, rubbing his inflating cock against the table.
“God… Wow…” Gunther said breathlessly as Herbert spread the two muscular globes and ran his tongue along the crack, from taint to lower back.
“Any infidelity, no matter how small,” Evan had said.
Gunther’s moans turned to low growling as Herbert buried his face in the two rock-hard cakes, licking voraciously. The big man’s hands clasped into fists, beating against the floor, his back arching out of instinct. This kind of foreplay usually led to him ending up speared by Evan’s huge cock.
Herbert was so engrossed in the voluptuous muscle ass that he barely registered when it began. It happened quickly: suddenly Gunther’s arms weren’t long enough to reach the floor anymore. Herbert registered it when the two big glutes started to fit more comfortably in his hands. He pulled back and watched as the herculean’s man’s body started to dwarf down in size: limbs shortening, muscles waning with every second.
There was a light plink as Gunther’s wedding band slid off his thinning finger, rolling across the room. Herbert stomped a foot on it to stop it from rolling away.
As Gunther’s muscle mass dwindled, Herbert went back to fingering the big man so he could watch it all happen. Gunther seemed to have lost at least fifty pounds in minutes, and he was still getting smaller. The table creaked again, this time because of Gunther’s lessening weight. Herbert’s eyes lit up as Gunther’s formerly enormous body shrank down to that of an average athlete, then kept on shrinking like a stuck inflatable.
“What’s… what’s happening…” Gunther said in a much higher voice. At the high-pitched sound, he suddenly sat up. Herbert chuckled as the formerly 6’5” man finally settled to about 5’ tall, with arms and legs so skinny it was nearly a struggle to push his little body off the table.
“And what should I do with the size he loses?” Herbert asked.
“Give it to whatever guy he fucks around with,” Evan said with a sneer.
Gunther had no sooner taken in his suddenly scrawny new body as Herbert’s clothes started to shred and tear. The masseuse took off his glasses and started to unbutton his shirt but it wasn’t fast enough: his body started to swell beyond what his clothing could contain. His sleeves busted, his shoes popped open, his pant legs shredded in a dozen places.
It didn’t take long for Herbert to be wearing nothing but shreds of fabric. Then his limbs started to lengthen.
Gunther hopped off the table, seemingly shocked at how far away the ground was now, but Herbert grabbed him underneath his skinny arms and plopped him back on it. “Don’t go anywhere! The show’s just starting!” Herbert’s voice had dropped nearly a full octave. His bulging limbs continued to grow until he towered over the naked runt.
Herbert was now as big as Gunther had been when he’d walked in that day, while Gunther sat, pale and bony, terrified about the muscle monster who had suddenly blossomed before him.
“What do you think?” Herbert said, flexing his new arms and chuckling at the result.
“I… I…” Gunther was clearly confused and scared, but his little dick was rock hard.
“You look like you’re enjoying yourself,” Herbert said, making his suddenly enormous pecs bounce. “Oh, wow… this feels good! And you seem to like it too.” Gunther’s eyes were locked on the big bouncing muscle chest before him. “Want to touch it, little man?”
The baritone voice was unfamiliar to either of the men, but still, little Gunther couldn’t help but reach out to touch the bulging flesh. Herbert moaned as the tiny hands, formerly thick enough to hoist 100-pound barbells like cupcakes, traveled over a bigger chest than Gunther had ever seen from that angle before.
“So, we’re going to drop by your house,” Herbert said, plucking Gunther’s falling wedding band from the floor and holding it on his now-massive fist. “But before that, I’m going to do a little incantation on this ring. And since I’ll need your permission, let me explain exactly why you went from king of the muscleguys to a tiny wimp barely big enough to lift the toilet seat…”
* * *
“You wait out here,” Herbert ordered, poking little Gunther in the chest with a meaty finger. The skinny man opened his mouth to protest but finally fell back in the car seat. Gunther slammed it shut and headed for the front door, jingling Gunther’s keys in his hand gleefully. He’d slipped into clothes from Gunther’s gym bag, barely squeezing into them. It was clear the size transfer had gone beyond their original states, with Herbert ending up with more size than Gunther had started with, Gunther meanwhile far more slight than Herbert was in the beginning.
It felt incredible to walk around with this much muscle. He was heavy, sure, but there was so much power in every movement. While he felt bulky and unwieldy, he felt such incredible vitality. It was all he could do not to rip the door off its hinges when he opened it. Everything seemed so light and flimsy now. No wonder guys this size always had confidence, Herbert reflected. All the men who used to tower over him would now cower in his shadow--and he could squash them with one hand!
“I wonder if I’VE got the genetics to get up to 350 pounds now,” Herbert said as he flexed his new muscles, marveling at how they looked in Gunther’s skin tight clothes. He checked his watch--9 PM. Evan would be asleep, expecting Gunther to get home from the gym. Every footstep was a resounding thud. He did nothing to obscure the sounds of his bulky body moving around. He wanted Evan to hear him coming.
Herbert kicked open the bedroom door and stomped forward. Evan was sleeping, but he stirred at the sudden ruckus. Herbert couldn't believe how much bigger he was than his formerly towering best friend. All those years of being the little guy, of admiring Evan’s size--and suddenly, Evan’s form wasn’t impressive at all.
The bed creaked and tilted as Herbert climbed in. Evan groaned and opened one eye. “Gunther? That you big guy?”
Herbert didn’t waste any time, holding Evan down as his warm, wet mouth licked under Evan’s orange-sized balls and around the base of his big dick.
“Oh, geez--hon… wow, babe! God, that’s… that’s…” Evan grabbed handfuls of the sheets and bucked as Herbert’ thick nick flexed, his head bobbing up and down as he swallowed Evan’s ten inches with ease.
“No way will he sleep with you!” Gunther had protested, his underfed body shivering in the chill of Herbert’ office. “He’ll know it’s not me.”
“Well, if he doesn’t,” Herbert offered as he held the wedding band in the candle flame, “we should make sure something bad happens as a penalty, right?”
Evan reached out, squeezing Herbert’s cannon-sized arms and big shoulders, caressing the mountain of muscle that held him down and deeply sucked him off. It didn’t take long for Herbert’s expert administrations to get Evan writhing, as an orgasm he couldn’t prolong came hurtling at him. Evan thrust his hips as he came, dumping a massive load down Herbert’s throat.
But as his balls emptied out, so did his body, Evan’s brawny muscledaddy physique shrinking down to a swimmer’s build and beyond. Evan’s moans went from deep to high pitched, his beefy fists beating against the bed unfolding into dainty little fingers.
As Herbert slurped away, he grew even bigger, all of Evan’s mass dumping into his body. The bed creaked and groaned as all of the weight congregated in one spot. When Herbert pulled away, he looked nearly inhuman: a towering mass of quivering, rippling muscle. Thick fuel-line sized veins stood out against the mind-blowing piles of hard flesh.
When Herbert drew himself to his full height, he reached up and easily touched the ceiling. “What am I, over 7 feet now?” he said, his voice so deep they could both feel it in their guts. “Feel like I’m… 400 pounds,” he boomed. Evan was in a panic, looking alternately at his own tiny body and the enormous beast that towered over him.
“Probably have to turn sideways to get through doors now,” Herbert said as he examined his new form. He felt like he was four feet wide, carved from warm granite. “Might need some help wiping my own ass!” he said, marveling at his arms, so bulky they were nearly inflexible. “Good thing I’ve got two little slaves to take care of that sort of thing now.”
Later, when Gunther finally joined them, Herbert sprawled across their King-sized bed as the two formerly muscular waifs cuddled up to him. Herbert knew that they should hate him, but something about the spell made them weak to his size--as if they could sense their own muscle mass in him, and were drawn to it.
“I want you two to kiss,” Herbert finally ordered, pumping his 16-inch cock with his big hand. He watched the skinny little geeks pawing at each other, sobbing as they explored each other’s bodies, lamenting what they had lost. “Yeah, that’s right,” Herbert ordered. “Grind your little hips against each other. And when I wake up, you two better get me off without me lifting a finger. And I’ll want breakfast. Big man like me… Well, it’s going to take a lot to satisfy my hunger.”
And even as Herbert teased them, the two shrimps looked at him with lust in their eyes.
