Ernest had no idea why he would have gotten a membership at this grimey, ape-filled gym. So much smashing and grunting! So many lumpy, scantily-clad men! With all the strutting and bulging going on, Ernest wasn’t sure if he should be carrying around dollar bills to slip into their belts. Plus, everyone there was at least twenty years younger than he was! (Also a good foot taller and a hundred pounds heavier; he felt like the bait-dog in a pit bull ring.)
He looked around, trying to find the cardio area. There were a couple of treadmills, those stair machines where you’re constantly trying not to fall, and a few rowing machines. He wanted to ask where the ellipticals were but worried these cavemen wouldn’t understand the question.
Maybe he could find some weights to curl, he thought; maybe do some bodyweight stuff. Anything to make the trip to the gym worth the gas it took to get there, so when he went to bed tonight he could reassure himself he had done something productive. But as he started to approach the daunting weight machines, he stepped right out of his sneakers.
“Fudge!” he said in his lilting voice. A passing gorilla-man looked down at him and raised an eyebrow. Ernest put his little feet back in the big shoe and tied it as tight as it would go, but there was no way he could walk around like that. “That’s what you get for shopping online, Ernest,” he said, looking down at his tanktop (which hung past his knees) and the massive shorts, drawstrings yanked as far as they would go, that started to slide down with every movement.
Luckily for Ernest, this gym had a tiny clothing store. “Not exactly my kind of retail therapy but it’ll do,” he said as he walked in, Discover card in hand. The selection was drab--grey, greyer, greyest--and the elephantine man behind the counter tossed him size Small without ever asking Ernest what he needed--but he left feeling much more comfortable. He folded up the over-sized garments he had worn in (wondering how he got from his car to the gym floor with shoes so huge on his little feet!) and returned to the gym to workout.
The smallest dumbbells were 20 pounds, but Ernest found a forgotten plastic 5 pound weight (in his favorite color, pink!) up against the wall under the rack. He couldn’t find its match, so he did one-handed curls (slow and controlled, so he could really feel the burn!) until a solid cube of a man, nearly bursting the seams of his Global Gym polo, approached him and pulled him aside.
“Hey little dude, what’s your member number?”
Ernest raised an eyebrow and crossed his skinny arms, indignantly. Just because he was smaller than this guy’s massive thigh didn’t mean he could be pushed around. “Since when do you quiz members on their member numbers? I gave it to you at the front when I came in.”
The steakpile shook his head (which seemed impossible, considering his lack of a neck) and thumbed at the front door. “Look, buddy, we don’t have you in our system. And honestly, we don’t have anyone like you who trains here. You want to train here, you gotta pay. And if you want a free trial day, it’s still a ten dollar fee. We take cash or charge.”
Ernest felt like he could explode. He threw the tiny pink dumbbell at the floor as hard as he could and stomped to the front door. Management be hearing about this! He already had his phone out, tapping a nasty review into his Notes app that he could copy and paste on all the different review sites. Maybe he would call the better business bureau!
On the way to his car, his barely-worn gym attire started to feel snug. If he’d had something to wear home, he would march back in and demand his money back. But as he got to his car, he groaned--his feet hurt! He felt a tickle pass over his face, and when he reached up to touch it, he felt stubble that wasn’t there before.
“Good heavens!” he said, placing a hand against his chest as he doubled over in pain. His clothes were squeezing him so tightly he was starting to see stars! Were they shrinking somehow? No way--what a stupid idea!
He heard a loud tear as his shirt split, from arm-pit to waist, on each side. “Fu-fuck,” he moaned in a voice that started high-pitched but deepened by the end. He blinked--he wasn’t one to cuss like that. Ever!
He considered going back into the gym to ask for help--help with what? Clothes that were self-destructing?--but when he saw his hands, he started to shake.
They weren’t his hands.
Gone were his slender, dainty fingers and his smooth, well-moisturized skin. His fingers looked like sausages! They were gnarled in veins!
Ernie panicked. Humiliation kept him from returning to the gym half-naked, so he hopped into his car and peeled out of the parking lot. He groaned as he felt a thick beard bloom across his face, so long it tickled the top of his chest. The incredible pressure of his constraining shorts ended in a loud RIP as cold air flushed over his private parts. He looked down to see his dick suddenly sprout up and flop forward, twice the size it had been before. He groaned as his shoes exploded. As he hit the brakes at a red light, he realized he was nearly barefoot and naked.
The light turned green but he still sat there, baffled. Why the fuck was he naked? Why was he sitting in a pile of shredded clothes?
A car behind him honked. The car to his right, a convertible full of women, cat-called him. He shook his head, looking down at his rippling, tan skin. Any stark naked guy would attract attention, but he was a 330 pound bodybuilder, basically a meteor of well-curated muscle shoved into his car, every massive inch of him visible to the world.
What the fuck was going on?
Ernie stomped his big foot down on the gas pedal, driving 85 until he was home. With the car off, he sat in the quiet and tried to figure out what had happened.
It was Tuesday. He had gone to the gym expecting to just tear through a workout; after all, it was just arms and abs, then some posing practice and he was headed home. But everything after walking into the gym was foggy. He opened his duffel bag and found his clothes and shoes neatly folded inside.
*
Ty heard Ernie pull up outside as the notification went off on his phone:
“TRIAL PERIOD IS OVER! To continue use of the iSona app, upgrade to iSona Pro.” Ty examined the blinking upgrade button and considered the $5000 fee. Before he was doing anything, he had to know this actually worked. The fact that Ernie was home so early was promising though.
“How was the gym?” Ty asked as the door swung open. Ernie’s wide, splendidly muscled body crashed through, holding his balled-up tank-top in front of his crotch while his duffel bag protected the neighborhood from seeing his gargantuan glutes. Ty’s eyes lit up as his normally cocksure roommate looked around in a panic, waddling his massive muscular ass to his room as fast as his overblown legs would carry him.
He glanced down at his phone. Had the scenario worked? Had Ty turned into a skinny 50 year old twink? The nudity was a nice treat, but Ty wasn’t sure how that fit in.
He gave the big lug some time to get settled before knocking on his door. “You okay big fella?” Ty asked. After no response, Ty just opened the door to see Ernie staring at himself in the mirror. He had shoved his big ass and large manhood into a tight pair of boxer briefs and was patting down his muscles as if to confirm that they were still there.
Ty repressed the urge to lick his lips. Even after watching Ernie attain this herculean size, even after having been fucked by the man hundreds of times, he was still in awe of just how big the man had grown, especially in the past year. Apparently, dissolving their “relationship” in favor of focusing on his bodybuilding career was exactly what Ernie had needed. A month after they were no longer “official” Ernie had put on 10 pounds and the lean gains never stopped. Now, staring at a man that looked part rhinoceros, part clydesdale, Ty felt his breath catch.
“Is this, like, a low-carb day thing or something?” Ernie said, feigning ignorance.
“Dude, I just…” Ernie shook his head and put his head in his hands. “I blacked out or something. I went to the gym, then I was just… sort of naked in my car, miles away. Can you believe that?”
“What’s ‘sort of naked’ mean?” Ty asked.
Ernie unzipped his duffel bag and produced a pile of shredded fabric and a pair of burst-open shoes. “I had that all over me. That’s all.” Ernie turned away from Ty’s wide-eyed gaze. “Am I fucking crazy? Do you think I’m going nuts?”
“Maybe it’s, like, a tren side-effect or something,” Ty said, thumbing along the shoes’ torn leather edges. He knew exactly what had happened: the new persona he had cooked up got himself a pair of shoes to fit his itty-bitty feet. When the app trial ended, big Ernie exploded out of all of it.
“I gotta get my gear checked,” Ernie said, hustling to his closet. “The website I bought my Masteron from was sketchy as fuck. I’m tossing it.”
Ty backed away, letting his enormous roommate-with-benefits fumble around in confusion. He grabbed his phone, licked his lips, and jammed his thumb down on the iSona UPGRADE button. He got goose-bumps as he watched the app light up with the phrase, “FULL ACCESS UNLOCKED.” He was so giddy with possibilities, he could barely focus enough to pick one to try out. Maybe he would make Ernie into a dwarf, or make him weigh 700 corpulent pounds. Maybe he would double Ernie’s size but give him the intellect of a cocker spaniel, or make him a tattooed biker daddy.
Ernie thundered down the stairs sometime later, heading to the kitchen to eat one of his pre-prepared meals. Ty had never seen the big lug so shaken before. “What do you think, big guy? You think you need a trip to the hospital or something?”
Ernie shook his head as he gobbled down chicken, rice and beans. “It’s fucked, man,” he said, his huge arm flexing with every forkful shoveled into his mouth. “It’s like I keep remembering this dream, right? And I went into the gym but I was like, tiny, and old, and… kind of like my prissy Uncle Lewis. And I could see all my buddies there but I was scared shitless of all of them!” Ernie grabbed the bridge of his nose and sighed. “I mean, for fuck’s sake, what kind of a hallucination is that?”
Ty wasn’t listening. He was too busy adjusting sliders on the app, rearranging Ernie’s mentality. He was amazed at the level of detail in this app! He could give Ernie a debilitating phobia of birds if he wanted, or make it so he could only cum if he had his face buried in a pie. But he had a more practical idea, and made the proper adjustments before clicking the SAVE CHANGES button.
“Ernie, you left the bathroom a mess earlier,” Ty said. Not that Ty was going to complain about Ernie’s sweaty boxers left out for him to enjoy, but there were beard trimmings sprinkled all over the sink and a damp towel slapped over the toilet, already mildewing.
Ernie paused, looking up at Ty with an eyebrow raised. “Yeah, but, you always clean the bathroom.”
“Ernie I want you to clean up after yourself,” Ty stated firmly. Ernie leapt to his feet, carefully resealing his tupperware meal before placing it in the fridge. Then he scrubbed his fork clean and set it in the drying rack before hustling his huge body upstairs. Ty smiled.
Upstairs, Ty found his big ex-boyfriend scrubbing toothpaste spittle off the mirror. The rest of the bathroom was spotless.
“Ernie, why are you cleaning the bathroom?” Ty asked.
“Because I have to clean up after myself,” he said without a second thought. Ty smiled. This app was amazing! Ty turned around and dialed the “Honesty” slider all the way to the top.
“Okay big man,” Ty said. “Let me ask you something. Did you really want to clean up the bathroom?”
Ernie froze and blinked, as if the desire to answer truthfully was almost overwhelming. Maybe Ty could move it down a couple of notches… “Yes,” he said.”
“Then why didn’t you before?” Ty asked.
“Because I thought you liked to take care of me,” Ernie said.
This was a beautiful, unexpected side effect of the app. It was time to untangle their messy relationship. “Ernie do you want to be in a relationship with me?”
“Yes,” the enormous man replied. He still held the glass cleaner and a wad of paper towels.
“Then why did you break up years ago?”
“Gotta focus on bodybuilding,” he said flatly. Clearly the honesty was turned up too high; he was blurting out information with no emotional connection to it. “I like you too much. You were too much of a distraction.”
“So that explains the whole ‘friends with benefits’ arrangement we’ve been in,” Ty said. It hadn’t been phrased as a question, but Ernie was stuck in a mode to speak the truth.
“I still want you. So bad. But I can’t get huge and give you the attention you deserve. It sucks. I wish I could be two people.”
“Why is bodybuilding so goddamned important?” Ty asked.
“Gotta be big,” Ernie said, looking down at himself. “Gotta be huge. And huger. And the hugest. Don’t want anyone to think I’m a little sissy.”
Ty was nearly leveled by guilt for what he’d put Ernie through earlier in the day. He looked down at his phone, and the still-open iSona app.
With a few taps of his thumb, he could rewire Ernie’s brain to make him love himself, but that seemed pretty twisted. He click the “ERASE ALL CHANGES” button and watched as Ernie blinked, confused.
“I’ll level with you, big guy,” Ty said, putting a hand on Ernie’s massive deltoid. Ernie looked at the touch with suspicion. “I’ve got a thing on my phone that can make you whatever I want you to be.”
“What the fuck are you talking about?” Ernie said, jerking his big shoulder away.
“Let me demonstrate,” Ty said, tapping a few buttons on his phone.
Ernie’s eyes went wide as his point-of-view started to rise. His already titanic physique pulsed with size, easily an inch bigger in all directions. Meanwhile his limbs lengthened and he rose up, from his 5’10” height to 6’ and beyond. When Ty was finished, Ernie stood at a massive 6’6” tall and nearly 400 pounds of roid-soaked muscle.
Ty’s back was against the wall. Ernie was so huge there was barely enough room in the bathroom for both of them.
“We can make you this big or bigger,” Ty said.
Ernie examined his freakish body. His melon-sized pecs were heaving as he started to hyperventilate. “Dude, this isn’t… I didn’t work for this!”
“It’s just a demo!” Ty said. “Just to show you I can undo what I’m about to do for you. Understood?”
Ernie turned and his big chest pinned Ty against the wall, feet several inches off the ground. Ty squirmed against the warm, solid muscle, not entirely unhappy with his situation--although breathing would be an issue soon.
Luckily, all he had to do was move his thumb to tap the SAVE NEW CHANGES button.
Suddenly, the swollen pile of hard flesh pulled in on itself. Ernie’s body collapsed back to the state it had been in earlier, then it started to soften. He moaned as he grabbed at his ripped abdomen. Slowly, the cuts in his veiny abs started to fill in as a thin layer of pudge formed all over his body.
Initially, the effect made Ernie seem all the more massive. Where moments before he’d been a cartoonish anatomy chart, now it looked like his giant muscles were filling up with water. His chiseled face grew rounder. He looked into the mirror, shocked, but as he reached up to pat his chubby cheeks, the engorged arms were nearly inflexible.
“What are you…” he began, but then all the bloated mass started to pull back on itself. He looked around the room, no doubt overwhelmed as it once again seemed to grow larger, and then gasped when he looked down at himself.
The v-taper of his body was slowly breaking down, all of his larger muscle groups starting to diminish. When it stopped, his body was just one wide, thick rectangle, like a football player. His gut burst forward, growing full and round, but it was so solid it stood up on its own. Ernie moaned again and spun around to see the same thing happening behind him to his ass, as his butt swelled up to two massive pillows that stood out like a shelf.
Ernie’s attention was so focused on his reshaping body that he didn’t notice that Ty was looking down on him as he approached. Ernie’s eyes went wide as he found himself looking into Ty’s collar bone. Ty just reached out and grabbed his firm, thick arms.
“Look at you,” he said. “Like a hard little meatball.”
“My muscles,” Ernie moaned, but he smirked as he patted himself down. “I’m… chubby,” he said, suddenly slightly amused.
“But still hard as fuck. I believe you’re the perfect definition of ‘thicc’ now,” Ty said, patting his firm belly, his huge solid ass, and his wide frame. “Fucking beautiful,” Ty finished as his hands gently started to explore Ernie’s new form. As a finishing touch, a dusting of dark hair appeared all over Ernie’s formerly smooth body.
“I… like it,” Ernie said as a smile filled his face. “It’s like… a massive tension is gone. So much pressure… gone just like that…”
“So tonight,” Ty began, his hand tracing the underside of Ernie’s soft, firm chest. He tweaked the huge nipple. “How about you and I go downstairs, down some ice cream and cuddle the fuck out of each other…”
Ernie’s eyes lit up. The little fireplug of a man grabbed Ty in a bearhug, lifting him right off the ground. “Fuck YES!” he roared, spinning around.
“Good god! Strong little guy still, aren’t you?” The two left the bathroom holding hands. “I can turn you back anytime,” Ty said as he leaned down to kiss Ernie on the neck. “Say the word and I’ll make you a big bodybuilder again.”
Ernie’s eyes lit up. “When we’re all cuddled out and full of ice cream, I’ll have you change me back while you’re fucking me…”
Ty couldn’t wait to feel his little musclebear swelling back up to a muscle freak, the soft cushion of Ernie’s ass bloating up to a rock-hard mass of solid muscle around his pounding dick. And they had so much to keep themselves occupied until then. d tracing the underside of Ernie’s soft, firm chest.
