well yes but no... it isnt the UK upside down but rather Ireland. Britain is still there but it is more the north and beyond the wall, whereas ireland is the one upside down and covers most of westeros (you can google it)

Technically speaking Don is correct, Westeros IS the UK, just upside down. There are some differences, but the map is heavily inspired by the British Isles.
