We've been having an upload issue for a couple of weeks where it takes a whole day just to upload 1 episode only and then it doesn't even finish uploading, only on this account and even if we change person uploading the same thing happens, patreon is looking into it. In the meantime we got another place to host the vids so we should now be able to have the rest of got up today. House of Dragon will be out in a few days

I'm fine with Arya being the one who defeats the Night King, and I kind of agree that Jon was "too obvious", but I'm not fine with how they did it. Sure, have Arya do it, but you don't even let Jon cross swords with the Night King? And have Theon die for nothing? Like, it's not that hard, it practically writes itself: have Jon and Theon defend Bran in the godwoods and fight the Night King. Theon sacrifices himself to save either of them, Arya takes advantage of that opportunity to deliver the killing blow (either by surprise, like she did, or because she was fighting with them to begin with). Same result, but at least you pay respect to those characters. Anyway, no matter how they did it, I think it would've disappointing because you cannot resolve the entire plotline of the Night King, THE looming threat of the show, with the first actual battle they fought. I bet that the original intention was to have the Night King play an active role as a "player" in the game of thrones for the last part of the series (the OG Long Night lasted for generations, after all). They had to lose at Winterfell, IMHO, but alas, there was no time to do that with just a season of 6 episodes. Also, case in point: I'm pretty sure that you could remove Bran from the plot after the second episode and the entire series would've played exactly the same up to this point.

The only reason the show runners changed Arya to get the kill is because they though that it would be "too obvious" for Jon to kill him But that's LITERALLY the whole point of Jons character arc he IS the Prince that was promised with FIRE and ICE, Stark and Targaryen It was supposed to be a big climax not a literal last second switcharoo that barely made any sense
