We ARE so back!! I'm so happy to see you back on YouTube covering DELTARUNE. You're my favourite creator for content on these games by a mile. Great luck and fortune to your game project! It looks fun. Like, really fun. It's the type of action arcade game I used to play on my old CRT growing up, and I am so down for a modern classic. ;D Can't wait to see more if you have more in store (you say you do so I'll just run with that), but also take the time off you deserve and need! It's heavy work, pouring your heart and SOUL into a creative endeavour -- and the sheer quality of your videos are a testament of your DETERMINATION in that regard. Keep 'em coming if it feels right. The gems you already made will continue to shine on (in the dark). I hope to see more of them but I'm already more than grateful to have seen as many as I have. All the best x

Fantastic. First thing I’ve seen from you and I’m immediately binging the back catalogue!

So, I feel like an idiot. I wanted Andrew to respond my thoughts about the video, and for some reason I thought Andrew would be more likely to see a direct message than a comment on this Patreon post. Then during the stream he read the comments here but didn't check his Patreon notifications/messages >.< On the off-chance Andrew does another comment response stream and rechecks the comment section here, I'm going to repost it... ((also, Patreon's font has garbage spacing that makes it hard to read, for better readability I recommend pasting this text into another text box)) --- You might not see this until after your comment response stream, but if you do see it I have a couple things I would like to add. The first is about the scene with Carol and the "YOU are always welcome" line. Obviously this is, as you said, Toby trying to tell us something, but I disagree on your interpretation. You said that you think this is Carol talking past Kris to the soul, but I think it's actually the opposite, I think she knows about the soul and is deliberately talking *past the soul* to Kris. Aside from the reasons you mentioned about the weird implications if Carol was talking to the soul here, it just makes more sense in general if she's talking to Kris here. Kris is the one who's on her team, who is her neighbor and longtime family friend. She's saying "Sorry about having to deal with all that bs with keeping the soul hidden and kicking Susie out. But YOU are always welcome here". It's also another yet another hint to the casual player that there's something really weird going on with Carol. I think that Carol, like Kris, likely sees the soul as not much more than an annoying tool that they have to get to cooperate. Edit: as I write this, you started talking about it on stream. You say that Kris can't see the red text, and it's somehow like a secret message to the player, but why would Carol be able to have weird meta ability to manipulate the dialogue box? I think it's similar to the yellow text in the conversation between Noelle and Susie while Kris is in the closet, that the colored text is an indication of Kris's reaction/thoughts of what they are saying. In that particular conversation, it wouldn't make sense for those colored words to have extra spoken emphasis, so it seems like the yellow text is purely about which lines Kris takes notice of. The text being red instead of yellow could just be because it has extreme emphasis, and because it is very directly to Kris, not just something they are overhearing about themself. The second thing is about the connection between Jevil/Spamton/Freedom_theme etc and shadow crystals. I agree that with the new chapters all the evidence seems to be pointing towards it being the Knight pulling the strings here and not Gaster. [KRIS, DID YOU KNOW THAT THE KNIGHT...][No, I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to --] There's still one thing, one thing that throws a wrench into that, that confuses me. That line from Seam when they're talking about what happened to Jevil and they say how after Jevil met a certain someone, his view of this world became darker, yet darker...
