In that cave, worms with a unique ecology live in a group, and the worms there do not immediately eat the human girl who accidentally falls there. However... They lick every nook and cranny of the girl's body and suck out as much of her bodily fluids as possible before eating her. Usually, bodily fluids are secreted in three parts of the girl's body, and the baby worms are the ones who consume these nutrients first. The worms take turns licking the bodily fluids secreted by the girl's body, and since the process is more sexually exciting and pleasant than expected, the girl captured by the worms does not resist and gives her body to the worms. Usually, the bodily fluids are extracted from the girl's body for three days, or up to a week, and then the alpha worms eat the girl. Continue........ - The bodily fluids secreted by the girl's body are considered highly nutritious holy water for the creatures living here, so they suck out the girl's bodily fluids for as long as possible. - There is almost no resistance during the licking process, and since the tongue is softer than expected and licks diligently, the girls do not really resist. - The girls whose body fluids are extracted by the worm are in a state where they are exhausted and cannot move, so they are unable to resist and are eventually eaten.
