Creative career trajectories are so wild though the rest of the world is getting a taste with the gig economy. I feel like I have to be just as prepared for if I’m successful as if I’m a failure. Knowing when your last gig defines you and if you held on too long. A bit like the poor old Kranski sisters I guess. I saw them at the Melbourne comedy festival their first year and they wet from nobody to on tv to internationally famous to basically hacks. I love them but the magic has gone.
