Hammo is Wil's longtime comedic sparring partner (a regular on FOFOP) but this chat shows a new side to the incredibly thoughtful comedian and writer. Hear about, his struggles growing up, early humour influences, and why he doesn't drive.

Terrific episode! Re: advice One of the best pieces of advice I ever got actually came from you, Wil. The gist was essentially "You chose to be here". It applies in so many cases - I'm lonely? I chose to end my last relatjonship and I don't go to many events. I miss drinking? I chose to quit, so why look back? It's made a huge difference in my life, so thanks ! Another is "always accept interesting travel suggestions". I don't always do it, but when I do I usually enjoy it, and it keeps my mind open and expansive. Lastly, "If you write, you're a writer", which has made me very happy and fulfilled
