Big fan of this pod but this ep felt like navel gazing to me. I get it's your podcast and you should focus on the things that interest you. We also need to zoom in on issues, but at this critical juncture i feel that we should only be doing so if they present broader, more relevant insights and I'm not sure if this really does that or this mileu represents that. Always ready to be wrong though, and only time will tell
