Finally this one got the treatment it deserves, overall improvements and such.

known troubles & important notes
- skirt dynamic based on HS structure, so bending gets clipping
- half-state of the hot pants is pulled down the the knees, therefore won't look decent when to much streched
- the paws are weighted over the middle finger, so use the respective nodes to adjust the position. Also, depending on animation, some fingers will pierce out the paws, so you either need to hide them and/or adjust the position of the paw, for both use the hand nodes
