It took about an hour for the extra features to work finally and for me to chat and send messages. Iโm not sure what the issue was. There was a slight delay with the second payment, and maybe that played a role. Who knows for sure? But everything is working correctly again now.

I cannot unlock the advanced features or send messages on Discord. Despite being subscribed to the basic plan, I should have access to these advanced features and the ability to request assistance.
