Chapter 27 What men really want

As a high-value alpha female, she needed to provide for her male, so for that she began to craft something special for him.
This was even easier for her than figuring out that she needed to boil the water in this decrepit facility instead of just drinking it. So, with everything she needed, the woman began to work on her improvised workshop.
“Let's see . . . Let's mix this laser and these special alloys . . .” she muttered to herself as the forge she had improvised from the restroom microwave was churning with sounds that would make a firefighter tremble.
There were a lot of sparks going inside that box.
Hours passed as the woman moved around the workshop, working nonstop. She almost slipped on the pool of fluids from Max's job interview, but she managed to catch the nuclear material before it crashed on the floor.
“Hmmmmmmmmmm blue or red . . . ” she mumbled to herself, working on the lens of the weapon. Helga's fingers quickly made a few notes on some paper while the crystallization process of the thin layer of reinforced glass was getting sculpted by a mixture of acids stimulated by electric shocks.
It was not something that made sense with the current understanding of science or engineering; it was her power telling her exactly what to do. Guiding her fingers to do stuff that in any other situation would have killed her or just straight up not worked.
She bit the end of her pen, remembering for a second Max's tongue going wild, and practiced the movement of her tongue with it. The mind of the villain wandered for a second; she was getting horny again, thinking of that big and manly . . .
Helga widened her eyes and snapped her fingers. “Red, yes!” She exclaimed to herself. This way, it would match the color of his other sword.
After ten hours, the woman was done with her creation. Something a lot better than her previous work. She finished with some time to spend having some fun with herself with toys of her own invention.
“Oh, Supercollider, you are so amazing! I am so happy that you are giving me attention and viewing me as your favorite minion!” She yelled, vaguely imitating Max's voice while holding an action figure she had crafted of him with one hand.
On the other hand, Helga was holding a doll that looked like her. “Number 2! Just call me Helga. Now come here and let Human Resources get really angry with us!” she said and then began to make the two kiss each other while blushing and having her ragged breath fogging up her glasses.
Olivia took a deep breath, her body relaxing for a second as she was trying to hack into the mainframe from here in an attempt to save them the trip, but it was useless. Her hacking skills were perfect, but not omnipotent.
She was in one of the offices, the one in charge of keeping a steady stream of reports about the conditions of the reactor on the mainframe. It was the perfect in-between point for her to try to hack into this facility's core to get total control over it. Now that energy was back on with all its glory, extra systems were online.
From cameras that would give them valuable intel about all the facilities to full control over the ventilation, water, and energy. If Olivia wanted, and with the proper access, she could just change the battlefield to give Max and Cat invaluable advantages in combat. However, the girl couldn't do it from here.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhh, puta madre! La concha de la lora, pedazo de mierda . . .” she cursed in Spanish to the deceased cybersecurity department of this bunker.
She looked at the yellow rubber duck that the previous user of this desktop had for some reason.
“Riiiiiiight . . . another that talks to themselves to solve their problems . . .” Olivia mumbled, looking at the yellow duck, talking to it as if the toy were another person. Thinking out loud helped her a lot when she was stuck on something. Why ask other people for help when she had herself?
“Well, I need to be useful for the group. I cannot be just the ass of the operation . . .” she said out loud, her legs still limping from what Max had done to her. Olivia actually loved it; it was the best sex in her life, but you couldn't live on love.
Olivia went silent for a second and shook her head. “It is a dog-eat-dog world! Don't look at me like that! I need to find something to do while the rest are working hard, but . . .” She gritted her teeth.
Each second that passed without her establishing her dominance, other girls were getting more power. What would happen if Max decided not to follow her advice anymore? It was fundamental for Olivia that her man to follow her instructions. It was the best for him.
Then, a big question materialized inside her mind. How did this bunker fall? It was perfectly sealed from the exterior with enough energy and resource generation to withstand decades. “Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder . . . ” she mumbled and then began to research the logs of the facility. Ironically, her power worked wonders when trying to find the culprit for a crime. Not like it would have been useful where she was born.
If Olivia could not solve a problem, she would find a new one and fix it.
There was a clear vector of contamination: the water supply of the bunker. However, the system had dozens of redundancies and security measures to avoid this case, but somewhere, each of them failed.
That took her to a simple conclusion, something that was clear as she found records of someone being in two places at the same time in the facility. Of course, it was a normal person, so it was not thanks to a power. Someone had infiltrated and sabotaged the bunker. Now the big question was why and who.
“Now . . . this is juicy . . .” she said, her face twisting into a smile as her fingers clicked on the keyboard less like a programmer and more like a pianist.
With everybody balancing working hard and resting for the day, Max needed to focus on himself. The young man would love to spend this mini vacation fucking nonstop with his three girls, but he had responsibilities like being able to protect his wives and future kids. So it was time not only to mutate but also to train with those new parts.
So, in the restroom of this zone, he grabbed a pen and began to make notes and plan out his evolution paths.
First off was planning his mutation branches. He had the list, a list that grew even larger after taking samples from the plants on hydroponics. Picking random stuff would not be that useful, so he needed to divide his mutations into two categories. One that would set him up for future projects and one that would give him an immediate buff.
There were two options that Max found intriguing for his biological warfare. Anadenanthera peregrina was a plant that could basically do poor man's LSD, something that would make biological targets trip balls. This, mixed with his Panacea Factory mutation to increase the effect potency and duration, would allow the man to create an amazing crowd control mutation in the future. Even now, he could just put it on his grenade, but to make it 100% effective, he needed to learn a way to turn it into gas.
Max gains:
Anadenanthera peregrina sap generation: The user can create sap from the Anadenanthera peregrina tree from a gland in his mouth. When someone ingests that sap, they will begin to hallucinate. An overdose can cause nausea and vomiting.
Next, it was something that he needed before it became a huge problem. As a way to fight fires, he could use blood grenades, but Max wanted a specific firefighter tool kit just in case that fire would spread through the installations. With Helga's tools added to the team, a roaring inferno was looming on the horizon.
Max gains:
Kelpie ball: A bluish grenade of biomaterial made out of specialized plant cells that contains almost all its volume in water. Once they explode, they will quickly suffocate any fire in the surrounding area in a 6-meter radius. It takes about 5 minutes to create and can hold up to 6 of them attached to his body.
Finally, it came to something that had an immediate use. With his arm now fully healed, he needed to leave the human shape and embrace something better, something more abominable. He needed a tail, an extra limb he could use to overpower normal zombies and land sneak attacks. To grapple them or even strike with it.
More importantly, a part of him that he could sacrifice without having to lose a fundamental part of himself, like a hand to manipulate tools.
So, Max picked two specific mutations. The standard tentacle that a monster like him would have, but he put it near his coccyx to work as a tail and a mouth on it at the end of this for extra grappling and even bleeding out his enemies by tearing chunks of flesh.
Max gains:
Standard tentacle: The user gains a two-meter-long black retractable tentacle on his back. Common slimy tentacles seen in a lot of porn and hentai movies that are more like tongues than other things. Thanks to its wet and smooth texture, it gives intense sexual pleasure to the person using it as well as the target. This mutation can be taken multiple times. This tentacle has the same strength as a normal arm.
Extra mouth: The user can create an extra mouth with teeth in any part of his body that can be programmed to automatically react to certain stimuli. Like biting anything it touches. It is just a set of teeth and muscles; it doesn't possess a tongue or connection to the digestive system.
