🕑 Added 2019-02-26 05:54:52 +0000 UTCHello, how are you?
I am soo excited, enthusiastic and grateful right now!
If Chris made a difference, you can, too!
In case you haven't been following me on Twitter @monicasancio I have been quite active when it comes to advocating for causes closest to my heart.
Like the one in Venezuela, that needs your urgent support right now. This is the moment in which even $1 of your contribution makes a difference.
You don't have to be as generous as my #1 Sponsor Chris K, who single-handedly contributed $1,250 at once... And keeps giving $250 more on a ongoing basis for the cause!
MONDAY MOTIVATION + Meatless Monday LIVE!
I was on fire tonight with the Venezuelan cause that is so near my heart and soul, inviting you to contribute; while I shared my Fitness and Personal Development.
We did some Tabata Training that included Functional moves, Kettlebells, stretching, cardio and even some handstands!
Be sure to subscribe, click on the bell to get notifications; and it would really mean a lot for you to share this video with all of your friends.
Because we are just getting started, and I will do what needs to get done to ENERGIZE (and nourish) THE WORLD to get Fit, Healthy, Happy & Free.
... But your sharing can make a difference!

I am GRATEFUL for $9.99, $4.99 & even $0.99, because YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE, and it helps me and our startup FIT90X B-Corps become a reality and ENERGIZE and NOURISH the world to be FIT, Healthy, Happy & Free!
Let's make a difference together!
LOVE & HIGH ENERGY FOR YOU

P.S. Remember that even you can make a difference with $1 right now to a cause led by @RichardBranson and that will hopefully get right and directly to the people in urgent need.
P.S.2. You can also contribute with my Podcast and FitArt-Fit90X B-Corps, which so far has donated 11-18% of its profits to help feed Venezuelan families in this moment.
