I love the drag girls we know and love from Mangled Mornings in watch alongs, but it was great to have a civilian, too. Spoilers: As you said, not a great roast but great drama. I'm glad my Top 2 were safe. It was what they reserved. I don't think the results of the episode change much, though. The girls with double wins seem like locks for the finale, but I could see a possible gag coming.
