[Free] Pre-Sleep Meditation
🕑 Added 2021-07-03 23:32:43 +0000 UTCThis is a useful meditation that you can engage in while laying down and before going to sleep.
It includes imagery of being 'breathed' by your breath, and having your body ease down to lower its overall excitation before being prepared for sleep.
