The Weight
🕑 Added 2018-03-19 03:52:10 +0000 UTC A self help file with a weighted blanket theme, and a general undercurrent of comforting vulnerability. When we sleep, building routine is difficult and the weighted blanket is a known anti-anxiety technique for a better night's sleep. If you're like me and can't use a real one, a hypnotic simulation using the classic heavy-limbs suggestion might be more your speed. Short, simple, to the point. There will be a sequel for those who actually use a weighted blanket already, but this one moreso focuses on the trigger/post hypnotic suggestion and a general comforting sleeptime routine feel.
