Kindness really goes a long way and it is a 2-way street. Showing kindness opens the door to experiences like this. It costs you nothing and it could really make someone's day. We all have areas where we can improve our kindness, and our gratitude to other people.

Thanks for this reminder, Norm. When I was able to go to Japan during 2021 I was very grateful, but didn't convey those feelings to anyone. I'll try to do so going forward.
