Not really, I actually never tried VRChat or how to incorporate effects in it.
Did you ever make this work on VRChat avatars?
You can download the project and open it with Unity Hub, select or install the closest version possible. From there you can export whatever you want to your own project!

Wanted to use this as a shader ontop of a mask for a pair of shoes on a model, I have no idea how to import into unity to use. There is no .unitypackage file
