small rewards policy changes & distribution/communication issues
🕑 Added 2021-03-12 23:02:24 +0000 UTCLastly i saw a lot of issues with the distribution of the files and the passwords
patreon BOT t its not reliable and to make things worse the roles itself neither
this weekend i will change some policies about the releases
these changes are
-File access:
now the files will be not hooked to the password stored in Discord
Until i found i safe way to store them, i will release the models with no passwords and no more extra steps to get the models
also will only affect the models released from this year, all previous projects will be still in discord password protected , please DM in chase you don't had access to them yet, don't comment, patreon sucks at making notifications of these too
-15 USD subscription
the price will not change however i'm begin really slow down in the last months of production and at actual pace i can't actually keep with my motto of 1 model per month
usually the production of an model itself its bigger that it was before with new features additions and constantly adding more objects as well the addition of other inconvenients make the model production taking more of 6 weeks in average
in the previous pledge sistem
you had access to the
-All available models in stock
-the current model project in production
- and the month designated model
that was made with the "monthly model" thing, where a model get delayed was about 1 or 5 days and soon after another project start
so lets say if someone pledged in FEB 5 and the january model didnt was finished and the next model was going to start that month
so technically speaking it correspond the WIP and the next model project
now Pledges will not strictly linked to the month, more like the current project
all new pledges will now just include
-All available models in stock
-the current model project
this change was made for the people who came and just pledge and remove it in the same week or even the day, it's completely fine and normal way to get my models
however cause issues in the notifications and proper deploy of items aswell need to deploy a dozens of messages to each patreon of each model update,
also patreon barely notify about these guys and don't even appear in the patreon list unless i explicitly look for them
also too another problem was people who pledged the last days of an month and remove it before the start of the next month
in some cases this can happen when a project it almost finished and the next one will start in the next days leaving an supporter without all their proper rewards
In that chase i will change the rule,
If you pledged 10 days before of the start of a new project, that project will be rewardable when its done, indiferent of the month or the current status of the current projects
however if you pledged and remove it in a short period inside of the 10 days time you need to request it so i will taken in priority in a list (bacause patreon way to notify these events its kinda shity too)
TL;DR:
now all new pledges will include
-All available models in stock
-the current model project in production will available when it finnish
-Any model future model project if the pledge was done within 10 days before the model production starts
-Messages for content or claimings or missing rewards
Any support or claims or help MUST be done in the Private messages of this site or in the Discord #support or #general!
while this is against my own transparency rules inside of this page,
Sadly as i mentioned before, patreon its FAR to be the best way to keep track of the new Likes, Comments in the notification sections, making sometimes them appear a week later or repeated dozen of times in the same notification area, that is why it seems the comments so unattended
so any questions or claimings must be done in Messages in patreon or in the discord section, feel free to ping me or drop an message in the #support channel where i will try to respond ASAP
in case you don't have the server or problems with the roles please sent me a message i will work to try to make this place more safe and transparent as possible
thanks for your time and patience!
WM OUT!
