"FATE HAMMER" PROJECT
🕑 Added 2020-12-06 06:55:37 +0000 UTCDecember will a "Relax" month compared of the whole year, where i want to invest the remainings drops of will into something what i Like to do it since the mid of this year
What will be the december model?
For this month i will working since monday 7 of December on one of my latest illustrated OCS called Holly Zanzibar
She will be a Rabbit oc with some particular, maybe not original but with cool and familiar characteristics, a Cyborg Bunny!
While this can sound similar to Bunnie rabbot from Sonic SatAm Series
the origin of this concept are kinda different in effect with different roots
She will be part of a long term project of portrait all NCORE porters into 3D environments
Alilkira was the First one who was made, Holly will be some kind of Successor of an NCORE reactor but with a different esthetic based on other character, aswell a good excuse to implement new stuff in the SFM research to put in SFM MODELS for the next year
EARLY CONCEPT
Originally the idea was create Alilkira Daughter (Lidia) who shared many of her mother powers when she got her core
however i find that boring with the time and decided to create a random character who was accidently got some powers from a parasite spirit as child and growed up training to control it... and then later was in contact with a Nreactor (in a large cascade of events) getting all her actual cyborg shape,
So in a nutshell i wanted a character begin young (19-20 years old) who had trained her whole life to fight when she become ready to unknown threats even despite having a normal life and later be a Cyborg as an NCore porter but not give all the Sleek synthetic aspect of Alil, rather than a bit more mechanical and with a particular silhouette, and later that i decided she will be some kind of Smith as profession before turn cyborg-ish,
discussing this idea with some friends someone insisted to make rabbits in a future, and is there where i considered she will be an rabbit,
since in that time was kinda into BNHA anime series, and i liked the spirit what Deku izuku midoriya Arrays, he reminded me a rabbit, specially when jumping and suit aspect but the one who better catch my attention was Bakugo's Flying style using explosions to propel himself as well his Grenadier Bracers to contribute his character silhouette, so i wanted the mechanical arms be a bit bulky for this character and have an specific role imitating the Bakugo's dashing powers as well
And Lastly an energy hammer!mixed with the smith thing, this one came i my mind when i was playing with my broom, i see it light and cool to swing to one side to other and well that is it
FIRST SKETCH
In May of 2020 i Made the first Sketch of her overall appearance for be later polished, from there i started to see when i was able to change and improve, but also i really liked hed face results, as an basic reference, i used Haru from Beastars anime and a bit of Judy shape head for make her head main shape and a bit of my eyes kinds of things, besides of that,
the legs, arms, and hammer will be changed drastically since i disliked!
ACTUAL REFERENCES CONCEPTS
Since May i did a several of quick draws what will be vital guides when i construct her
ARM:
the arms will be kinda complex... from the neck to the elbow will be synthetic looking, from the elbow to the fingers will be just mechanical, the interior will be modelled too since the "casing use to open and change shape to activate some propulsors what she uses for
"jump" fly and quick inertial control, but be somewhat sophisticated to looking like a hand
Legs
(source https://www.deviantart.com/verkele/art/Crotchless-robot-leg-377583190)
these legs are perfect for what i wanted for Holly, also i will change the shape of some components as well some proportions and other small stuff to make it fit into my idea of turn these into a convertible biped leg for digitigrade and "fake" plantigrade option
SUIT
From the neck to below until reach the knees, the body will be organic, however i design her some basic update on the Jumpsuit, mostly thight to the body, but probably add more geometrical detail in the construction, the skirt will be transparent like translucid meshed grid and can be removed of course
Face
Finally Holly face will be some wild hair in the back with some big curls in the front, the synthetic neck and the Natural face shape , with some variations on the color on the face markings and hair, not much to say, practically i will try to follow this one better i can
BODY
Body will be something similar what you expect from rabbits saw lastly in judy hoops fan art, also since she is not SO smool like an actual rabbit (look haru legoshi difference) Holly will be just smaller than average models but not so much, so i need to respect the head/body ratio, also she will be small hourglass shape, not so big breasts and nice shape of hip/waist legs proportion
my objective its reach some body like exposed in this +18 fan art

while the model will have a full mechanical limbs i will try to add some organic synthetic ones just for sake of tastes :3
GOALS
CORRECTIVE SHAPE KEYS: i want his character implement some corrective shape keys so can get better expression for things... lets say Lower all and Inner lower for make an angry eyebrow, or bite and corner raiser for a evil grin whatever, so i can go further for cleaner mixture of flexes will be worthy, so this model will be the first victim of that experiment
Modularity extremities: Holly will have synthetic and mechanical limbs with different bones each piece, i will experiment the experience of how manipulate several pieces models for the body, can be useful in a future for swap different legs and arms easily in future race packs, mostly since its a thing what i have to deal with bones and bodygroups (or separate models who knows)
She will be a patreon model and will be accessible for all november in forwards patreons
i wanted to work into something a bit personal this time, my apologies for my lack of references and good draws to portrait the character correctly,
the december 7 i will start to working in her head while i experiment with corrective shapes tomorrow, for now, i will head to bed,
and iI hope you like this project, i will try to put all my love into this one, and probably will came some character who received the same amount of love as alil received, for now, all depends in my hands and skills,
thanks you so much for all this support fellas! see ya!
