I’m thankful I have a local butcher shop. Their meat always tastes better and looks so fresh. My butcher, Buck, will recommend cuts of meat I haven’t tried before and how to season and cook. I’m working on cleaning out our garage so I can get a deep freeze so I can store meats. I don’t have an air fryer but curious how a steak 🥩 would taste from it. So I’m putting that on my list as well. Take care and thanks for all you do.
