AP, on the potatoes, did they offer Honest Earth Creamy Mash Potatoes?
o how I know about making a fresh pumpkin pie, it's very wet, the flavor is light, suggestion is to not use a carving pumpkin but to use a "pie" pumpkin and to cut out the seeds, bake it and then puree it, and then slowly simmer it so more water comes out of it. canned pumpkin does make a better pie. but you can also use pumpkin and butternut squash together to make a flavorful pie. it will be light, and it may take longer to bake.
