I do the same, if I come across a good buy I buy it even if I already have some at home, I pick up as many as I can afford at that time.

I was in Costco yesterday, they had mark down Red Star Active Dry Yeast, 32 oz at $1.79 bought a few, hope they mark it a $1.00 soon than I'll pick up more.... even if I don't use them al I can use to trade with someone who does need it.
Did a payday prep today. Found toothpaste 10 for 10. Canned chicken 4 for 5. Stocked up on both.
