Our cell phone and new Driver licenses coming in have tracking devices on us...
Not much has gotten better other than the technology to track Americans. Also junk food and electronics are cheaper. Basically the useless things we do not need.
I have never seen a 1% Mortgage. I've been in the Mortgage industry over 20 years and currently Underwrite loans. I do see ARM loans currently at 1.99% but it's only for like 5 years. Most people that get these type of loans are investors and know how to make these loans work for them. Thanks AP for calling out the corruption.
