While I’m filming we also listen to a talk from Dr. Joel Fuhrman about the incredibly powerful benefits of eating a plant based diet.

You make it all look so easy, and the results do look very appetizing. Listening to Dr Fuhrman talk about meat being known to cause cancer makes me realize my lazy quick-meal diet is going to kill me. But if it's not meat, then it's the air I breathe or the water I drink. I guess I realize that something, or the combination of things I live with is going to kill me. I don't know what I can do to prevent death, I don't think anyone ever has figured out how that might work. So I accept the fact I am going to die regardless to justify my slovenly habits, and don't worry enough to change those habits. I just slide along continuing to kill myself day to day and try not to worry, as I'm sure worry is yet another factor in the endless list of things that will kill me. Nice knife, by the way. 😘
