Puff Piece: Milktec Industries Presents
🕑 Added 2022-08-23 20:51:26 +0000 UTCA madman has been sending packages laden with illegal Milktec serum to unsuspecting individuals, and the Bureau is out of leads. Bess is recruited to write an article explaining the victim's story, but soon finds herself being subtly drawn into the worldview of the Mad Milkbomber.
Hi all. Another bonus story for this month. This was an odd one. It's in first person which I tend to avoid. Because of that, I tried to stay in a sort of epistolary tone which might have wound up being a little too dour or verbose to get the ol' engine revving. The goal was a slow, introspective version of spicy that built to the ending, but not sure that worked. Got a little in the weeds on it, but it is now out of my head.
Happy Reading!
