New Tab Menu HUD Design
🕑 Added 2022-10-30 04:31:43 +0000 UTCHey Patrons!
While we are hard at work implementing new features and concepts into Ethereal, we haven't forgotten about our HUD! This week we wanted to showcase the changes to our TAB Menu and show some of the new ways you'll be able to view the information in game.
Front and center you'll see our updated minimap designs for the new map. While still a work in progress, we are extremely excited about this minimap and the potential it holds to provide information about the map.
In our last test, we had the full 3-lane minimap available by pressing the M key, and while that was a great addition, it wasn't enough accessibility to information for us. So we've now added the full 3 Lane Minimap to our Tab Menu, this allows you to quickly reference what is happening on the map in a large format as well as see what others are building.
This screen now also includes important respawn timers for some objectives on the map, Ice/Fire Wyvern, and Atropos. Allowing your team ample time to plan rotations from lane to lane!
For our myths, we wanted to expand on what information this screen can provide, so in addition to seeing the items and familiars being used by your allies and enemies, you'll be able to move your mouse cursor over them to receive a full description of what the item/familiar does!
We also have a few other features coming down the pipeline for this screen that we will show off when they are ready!
What do you think about the new TAB Menu?
