Here is a question Levi, when you go from sit up guard to laying your shoulders on the mat. Whatโs the type of distance management you usually look for regarding range? And how many points of contact are you comfortable with? In addition and when do you feel that you should back out and reset? Been struggling with this portion when playing K Guard/De la Riva.
