Why have I been charged 5.40 for my membership 12 days after it was supposed to renew aand now I can't even acess it. Its just down as a free membership. If this is the case I will be cancelling right away, you can't just take people's money and then not give them what they have paid for.

I got the 'all in' membership. At first, it showed the 'endless sign' at the number of left messages, but since today, it changed into 20.000. That's not what i paid for... what's happening? When i open the 'all in' plan at the subscribing options, it still shows 'unlimited messages'. Please fix it.

I got Get a Taste on November 18th (paid 5,95€) and decided to get True Supporter December 8th (paid 11,31€). Today (December 18th) suddenly I was set to free and couldn’t link it anymore but I actually still had about 4000 messages left. But now I got an email from Paypal about paying 17,26€ again! And I just have the 6000 "new" messages left. I don’t think that’s fair because I just paid for True Supporter on December 8th and then I got set to free and now had to pay again. Is there any way to fix this? :(

I upgraded my membership to true supporter on December 1st at 22:38. My membership became free on December 11th at 03:00. I still had 4000 messages.

Como dicen algunos comentarios, podes descargar Mozilla fire for o edge y los pones como bucador predeterminados, son los unicos que te van a ayudar a abrir el link y vincular las cuentas. Pero la suscripcion con las gemas aun no se acredito

La aplicación esta muy bien pero deberían de mejorar la accesibilidad de vincular cuentas y la opción de comprar gemas . por que no está dejando. por favor actualizar eso.

Install the Firefox browser and set it as the default browser. Close all apps except Patreon. Copy the link and open the Google search bar. Paste only the link into the Google search bar. Press Enter and continue. If everything worked correctly, you should be taken directly to your profile.
