I got it to work. the python script isn't altering the file. you have to do it manually. I removed the original hdw ftsim entry too though not sure if its required.

I think that this is because of the new 0.4.0 update of Headwind. They changed something in the sounds.

Any chance the engine sounds in the cabin be reduced slightly? When in cruise the engines are still very loud and drowns out wind sound. Please :)

Hope you can tweak the engines to be a bit louder, even in the cockpit. This bird is so quiet, it doesn't feel realistic to me.

1️⃣ A/C sounds do not work everywhere in the "cabin" - Checked and found out that is very quiet at the Front of the Cabin , 👉 Fixed on the v1.15 2️⃣ I am not sure if you can hear the fuel pumps - The Default fuel pumps sounds are not disabled ( interior & exterior ) 3️⃣ The Headwind dev version has a merge of your sounds and the FBW default sounds - A separate Pack is shared with Headwind devs for a Freeware use ( it includes only Engine + Wind sounds )

Only the idle noises are reduced (N1 < 30%) , the Spool (Takeoff ) sounds are still loud as before

The file is missing from the V1.4 sound folder. The sound folder is empty, and the total download size is only 2MB.

I have installed the latest version (1.13) and followed the instructions on INFO.pfd. I used the automatic build.py method and it did not work. Layout.json method was updated but the sound pack entry was missing. I have version 0.3 on the aircraft. Only the manual method worked.

Sounds working fine for me with v0.102. Two things from my side: 1. There is no sound difference to hear when you move the throttle from TOGA or FLX to CLB. Usually Rolls Royce 'grinds' a lot. :D 2. You need to completely redo the cabin sounds. Inflight I can hear the hydraulics and a very weird wind noise. Please add a custom wind sound with a smooth transition from engine to wind sound on climb. Thank you very much.

Made a short test again and the Gpws , Warning/Caution alert sounds are working fine . Do you have an issue only with the Warning sounds ? do the other sounds like Switches , Levers , Copilot are working ?

Any chance it will be updated for the new Headwind update? I managed to get it to work but I only hear the Engines, Fans and Initial click when switching EXT PWR on. None of the cockpit switches have any noises and neither does the AP disconnect and other sounds.

Do not touch or rename the Default sounds !! 👇 1/ Restore the HDW Default "sound" folder ( Rename it back or re-install it ) 2/ Open "S-Pack" , Move "SimObjects" and ”build.py“ inside "headwind-a330neo" Aircraft folder ( 3/ Update the Layout file using "build.py" 👉 Full install instruction inside "INFO.pdf"

The highest Pitch of the sounds is at 95% N1 , is your ECAM showing that too on Full Thrust ?

Great work. My only complaint is that the wind and engine noise is too loud when you're in the windows views in the preset showcase cameras by headwind. Any chance something can be done here? Thanks!

Hey there it finally worked. Thanks, must have been the .json file. But now everythings perfect. And it sounds soooo good. But i think if you could do it in a future update, the pitch on to/ga could be a bit higher. I dont know what kind of audio source you used, but there is a youtube video of an A330neo taking of in shanghai where you can hear a slightly higher pitch sound. Just an Idea, but otherwise excellent soundpack.

Hey there, I tried it multiple times now and I just can’t find out what I’m doing wrong. I think it has something to do with updating the .jason data but I’m not sure. Is there anybody with the same problem or is there anything that could be done? Maybe uploading a pre updated json data if that’s possible. Because I feel like I did every in the correct order and it’s like so frustrating.
