'Scholarship' Tier Vibe Check

I am now in the wonderful position where all my bills are all paid by my lovely patrons, and can afford to give back to the community.
This greatly discounted mentoring tier is open to:
Students (16yo and over)
Women & non-binary
Racially minoritised people
People on a fixed income (pension, disability benefits, etc)
Or disadvantaged in other ways I've not thought of (email me to discuss!)

This is *strictly* only open to people for whom my full mentoring tier is too expensive. If possible, please leave me in no doubt as to why the scholarship is right for you, such as by emailing me from your university .edu email.
It goes without saying, if you're already on the mentoring and want to switch because you qualify, please do!

I like the idea of a discounted tier, even though I won't qualify. I think the message is a bit off when you include *women and non-binary* and *racially minoritized people* as a sort of blanket group. Yes, I know there is a pay gap there. If that pay gap is big enough on the individual level, they'd qualify via the other options, no? Now it feels like some sort of 'reverse pink tax'. Again, these are my 2 cents, I won't qualify either way, so my opinion is maybe not of much value.

Why single out "women and non-binary" here? What does that have to do with finances? That should be removed, at least the women part it makes no sense to be sexist about it
