Help Me Improve Heresy of Steel

Heresy of Steel is quickly becoming our best-selling adventure, and I would like some feedback to make the adventure as good as possible.
As you know it takes place in the world of Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt, and is as dark as it gets.

I'm sharing two different versions of the first chapter of Heresy of Steel for free below for your feedback. I've made several key changes between versions and would love to hear your thoughts.
CHANGES IN V2
One of the biggest improvements is the new Combat Tracker system. Each major encounter now has a dedicated "GM Combat Tracker" section that works like a condensed GM screen. You'll find:
All relevant enemy statblocks in one place
NPC stats if they're involved in the fight
Pre-calculated HP trackers
Important environment details and tactical notes
Space to add player initiative
No more flipping through pages or juggling multiple books—everything you need for each encounter is right there on a single page. Once you're done, click "Back to the adventure" to return to where you left off before the battle.

OTHER CHANGES
Clearer organization with distinct section breaks
Added QR codes for quick access to maps and faction tracking
Expanded NPC descriptions and interactions
More detailed Black Market section
Better integration of companion content

They'll be updated, the next leg of the adventure is 50 pages in a word file, which translates to 100+ pages in the PDF itself, it's taking a bit to be proofread / playtested :)

Hey, quick question. When are the two final parts coming? And if I bought them at the Kickstarter will they be updated or do I have to buy the whole adventure?

I suppose both. Maybe something like a version that has the initiative box and Key Points blank and editable, but with the right side just blank so we can paste stat blocks we need?

Kinda hard to make an editable version, because I import the statblocks directly in. Or do you mean the little white box with the initiative?

I really like the idea of the combat tracker, is there any chance of a blank/editable version so that we can use it for other adventures/campaigns?

Is the plan to finish making all the adventures first then work on the improvements, or are you going to do the improvements first then make the new chapters? Love the improvements!
