it's a typo on my end, it should say "at the end of another creature's turn" :)

Question... it says that the time frozen can only use its legendary actions at the end of another time frozen's turn. We're not meant to have multiples of these are we? That might be an interesting mechanism to think about for a weaker creature though... powers tied to being in a group / working in tandem... kind of like the Hag coven
