If it’s not already this way, how about half of the pieces are community driven and the other half are you doing whatever you feel like? To balance popularity versus variety.

I must admit it is the reason why I'm not always voting. When I see it's the last hype game who's already winning almost after you release the poll I let go cause I know it will not matter. Even when I see something interesting post by somebody else with only like 3 votes sometimes I don't click because I'm sure it'll not make the difference. Also, add to this the fact that sometimes I don't get the notification for some reason (I still have to ask Patreon support about it).
