Yes, thanks for asking us for input. I see it like Patrick's point (1) from above. Headcrushing is generally very nice :-). For the other point, I am not an inshoe fan, so can't say anything on that.

I'm glad that you're asking the community for input and as you might know I'm always happy to provide my personal opinion :) Regarding 1) I personally don't find ich very sexy if one girl steps on the foot of the other girl. If they are a giantess, they already should have enough weight to crush him allone. I would like it more if they split his body up: One puts her shoe/foot on his head and chest, the other one on the bottom part. Both stand sideways, to they have enough space. They can for example stand oposite each other and both use their right foot. At first they stand on both feet and then they slowly stand only on one foot anymore. You can also incorporate that one puts her other foot on top of the foot standing on him, so her full weight is only on one foot. Regarding 2) Jogging is not my favourite kind of inshoe, I like slow crushing and walking away a bit more. I would also like it if he would be about the size of her shoe, she then really forces him in, with his feet towards to tip of the shoe and his head right at her heels. She then slowly inserts her foot into the shoe and completely crushes his head flat when she puts her full weight on her heel. So that would at least be my fantasy :)
