Maybe the online version works?
🕑 Added 2021-12-23 06:28:23 +0000 UTCOK in think I've got the online version working. Well mostly. It runs in everything but ... Safari. Yup it's the Macs again. Why does anybody pay 3 times as much just to subject themselves to MacOS? I honestly don't get it.
On the upside it you DON'T use Mac's crappy built in browser, every other mainstream browser seems to work. I've tried it on Firefox, Chrome and even Edge. They all work Firefox and Chrome both work on Mac.
So the bonus is that the Web version is ahead of the offline build right now. There's not a lot of difference but this will become the Alpha 20 release.
Why? Well I had to roll everything back 4 versions of the Game engine to find one where the KAG scripts aren't broken. I've had to basically totally reconstruct the game as I don't have backups from 2 years ago when the last not-broken release of TB's implementation of KAG was. I think the reason it's been working is that normally when TB was updated it didn't force the game to be updated. When the latest update of TB released it "helped" by automatically updating your current project.
The public release of Alpha 19 is on Turanga-Pages.com in the "Game" section. Try and break it.
What's new, Added the Trisol magazine to the Glory Hole. Yeah that's all folks.
P.S. Don't try using old saves. They will almost certainly explode as the save format is completely different.

When I uploaded last night there was a glitch. I'd forgot that by reverting to the 1.8 version I'd also reverted buck to some TB Engine bugs that I'd stopped avoiding, and in fact was actively running over because of different bugs in 2.0. I had to revert some base game changes, nothing you can actually see, to re-avoid the older bugs. Basically I was using the wrong map of the mine field of bugs in that version of the engine.
