I imagine Serena is quite high-maintenance.
Wanted to try that 'retro-anime' effect here, so I followed a tutorial and tried my hardest.
I'd really appreciate as much critique as you can offer here; I wanna get this effect looking just right so I can add it to my commission repertoire.
