fault series - Novelization
🕑 Added 2019-09-02 03:14:56 +0000 UTCWe’re happy to announce that AiD is partnering with UD REVERSE to novelize the fault series under their MAGNET MACRO LINK brand (we can finally release details to patrons now that the fine print discussion is over). We have negotiated so we can share info about this project to our patrons way ahead before we announce news to the public.
UD REVERSE has hired veteran writer Yusuke Saito who has worked on novelizing several Key titles including CLANNAD and LITTLE BUSTERS, along with multiple IDOL M@STER character novels and more. I’ll be working closely with Mr. Saito to preserve the tone and accuracy of fault and we are planning on new content that we couldn’t add to the VN version of ms1 (because it's been translated into so many languages)!
The novel will be serialized over 3-4 months in Japanese and Chinese initially and will end up in print of it performs well. Regardless, the content will also be translated by Sekai Project into English and will find a way into the western market.
We’ve gotten these types of offers before but none of the deals have made it this far (It’s actually already in production!). We’re pretty thrilled to officially media mix fault.
Right now I am trying to negotiate a release plan for our Patreon supporters. If we get a green light, we will be able to share the novels in parallel to its Japanese counter part right here on Patreon. Preeeeety cooooooooooooool.
