Dragon’s blood elixir - When drunk by a person of less than PC tier, advances them to PC tier in a draconically themed class or subclass. Can only be used by party members or followers. Can be used by those already of full player character status, but will instead only provide one bonus feat.
Demand Parley - No man of the sea would dare to strike first against a sea dog blessed by Besmara if another option is available. If you are on a ship you own, you can always demand a parley from any other party you have not yet fired upon and it will be honored. Further, any person attempting to start a battle with you in such conditions must make a will save to do so, as the spell Sanctuary.
Eternal Potion of Alter Self- the potion is eternal, not the spell. Once per day, the potion can be sipped to change the species of the drinker for 24 hours. The form taken can be changed by adding a genetic sample from the desired species. This is limited to humanoids and native outsiders, but is essentially a much longer lasting and easier to share version of Emrys’s new Infuse Self spell.
Scriveners Kit of the Archmagi - Grants any user the benefits of the Scribe Scroll feat, allowing them to create magical scrolls of spells they know. Provides 25 gp worth of magical ink per day, enough to create a single first level spell scroll at the minimum power level.
Frost shaper’s path (inheritor bonus option) - allows for the rapid creation and manipulation of ice. Building complex and detailed structures, for example. (Three creation sphere talents with the Ice Only drawback)

I consider the fact that it’s a hard choice to be an absolute win. The only thing I’d say against Frost Shaper’s Path is that (since it’s a Carys based bonus choice) parts of it are likely to come up again if it isn’t chosen. It’s like Emrys’s weather control; three bonus feats bundled together as one perk.
