its actually an issue with my source recording, windows was doing stupid updates while i filming this episode and it kept causing micro stutter, apologies

idk if it's just my internet but it seems that every 3/4 seconds its like the video freezes for a split second and sometimes even distorts ever so slightly 🤔

The first couple of seasons a red haired lady would pick gibbs up on occasion and she was never identified. It only just occurred to me, my third time watching this episode, that while I don't think it's the same actress, they do look very much alike even accounting for Gibbs always dating redheads.
