🕑 Added 2021-10-24 09:32:29 +0000 UTCFrank began his report, showing the fruits of his month-long investigation: He has managed to reduce the list of potential suspects down to less than 50 people, with a 60% chance that the Black Devil is someone from the police. Given a few more weeks, he could narrow down the suspects even further.
At this point, Marcello interrupted, “Our business has already taken a hit from this Black Devil. Time is money, and we are losing both.” Both Laura and Connan nodded (and grunted) their approval, clearly getting bored with Frank’s monotone report.
Turning to Cormac, Marcello continued, “50 suspects feels like a number we could handle, I’d say we use our men to flush out these suspects, then use a bait to catch the Devil.”
Cormac directed his reply to Frank first, “Thank you for your report, Frank. You have done well with the task given to you.” Turning towards the table, the Boss continued, “The Black Devil is not a foe we should take lightly. He (or she) has bested some of our best guards and left unscathed. It it important that we find out more before we jump in,”
“The fact that the Devil may be a cop also complicate matters,” Cormac mused, “We can’t afford to have a dead cop on our hands, not in the current situation.”
“The police chief did order the Black Devil to be brought in for questioning,” Madam Tang chipped in, “So that does mean the Devil is working illegally.”
“But Marcello is correct,” Cormac continued, “Time is of the essence, we don’t have weeks to find out exactly who the Black Devil is, so I agree with his plan.”
With that, the discussion went on to the details of the plan. Laura got the list of suspects from Frank, picking those that her bikers could harass and keep an eye on. Marcello and Connan worked on figuring out the bait and trap, with Cormac reminding them not to do anything that would make matters worse.
Frank was left out from most of the planning, but his task still remained the same. Find out who the Black Devil is, and where his/her source of power come from.

I would go after all of them at once eliminating at least 49 people at once is a good deal and the 50 will get away but you will know their identity
