[v0.1.2 log] Artist Mode Updates

We’ve been hard at work adding more customization options for Artist Mode!
Here are the new features:
- Hair Choices can now be selected in the ‘Head’ section on the right side.
- Elf Tattoos have been added under monster patterns
- Pubic hair for female monsters.
- Glow Effect added under ‘Materials’ tab, affects how strong elf tattoos glow currently
- Time slider has been added to the Artist Mode preview on the right-hand side
Using the new tattoos in unison with markings make for new combinations!
