[Exclusive Content] Big Guns on Soviet Fighters | Recoilless Madness of the 1930s
🕑 Added 2021-12-23 19:36:14 +0000 UTCIn the early 1930s among the officers of the Red Army, multiple rumors about unusual super-powerful weapons that were currently undergoing military tests began circulating. The stories about mysterious "K"-system cannons sounded so unreal and otherwise would cause nothing more than a smile, if not for the storytellers themselves witnessing a salvo of huge 305-mm howitzers mounted on regular trucks, or small destroyers firing gigantic "battleship size" cannons, or airplanes in the sky shooting with 76-mm automatic guns.
