This allows your sim to get more sicknesses, health conditions, and more poor hygiene options like bad breath if you don't brush your teeth.
- Adds more sicknesses to your game which are more realistic than the get to work sicknesses.
- Adds conditions to your game allowing your sim to have back pain, poor vision, allergies, lung issues, weak bladder, etc...
- Conditions can be treated with medicine in the health menu.
- You can prevent your sim from getting sick by getting their vaccines. Which you can do by going into the body care menu. The vaccine will protect your sim for 14 sim days.
- If your sim gets sick you can cure them by chance by letting them go to the hospital, taking medicine, or just relieving their symptoms with symptom medicine. All options can be found inside of the body care menu.
- If your sims are sick they can spread sicknesses to sims nearby so you can either get them vaccinated or separated from sick sims.
- Adds an option in which you can cheat by clicking an interaction to force a cold in the control panel/sol settings menu.
- Adds a pooping option with sound effects to your game. This option is optional unless your sim has the "toilet run" buff. You can remove hat buff/moodlet by letting your sim poop.
- Adds a feature that will allow your sims to become dirty if they aren't washed which results in poorly cooked food.
- Adds a feature that will allow your sims to have bad breath if they don't brush their teeth.
- Adds a feature that will allow your sims to become dehydrated if they don't drink water often.
- Adds an option for your sims to wear a face mask to prevent getting sick by other sims who are sick. This featured was requested by one of you!

I've noticed the poop issue as well. I've mentioned it on her discord as well and saw others with the same problem. They say they have "noted it" but who knows. Guess we just wait and see.
