SETTINGS
Legalization
You can now legalize or criminalize all the regions in the world at the same time.
Note that this is a resource heavy operation and that it will take a few seconds to process. If your save is very population dense it will take even longer.
Cheats
You can now disable the rabbit hole drunken adventures Sims go on when wasted through the cheats menu in the Settings.
You can also disable the permanent liver damage Sims might get from abusing Steroids without using Estrogen Blocking Supplements.
These cheats are global, meaning they affect all Sims in your save. The cheats will also stick regardless if you save your game or not.
Venue List
To make sure this mod works you need to download the updated Basemental Drugs venue list provided in this post. I recommend installing this venue list in a separate folder directly in your Mods folder called: Basemental Venue List. I also recommend updating it whenever there is a new mod version out as I constantly add in new custom venue compatibility from other mod authors.
Choose one of these 2 installation methods. Not both.
Basemental Drugs Installer (WINDOWS ONLY)
Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.*
Download this Basemental Drugs.exe file.
Run the Basemental Drugs.exe file.
Choose which Optional Packages you want included.
Delete your localthumbcache.package
* If you installed from the installer previously, you can delete the old files by launching the file called unins000.exe in your Basemental Drugs folder.
Basemental Drugs Zip (WINDOWS OR MAC)
Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
Download the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Unzip the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Place the files in a folder titled Basemental Drugs in your Mods folder.
Delete the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Delete your localthumbcache.package

Hey. That is correct. You can however choose to use Zerbu's list instead of mine. That should do the trick for you.

Disregard what Asia Babli is saying as this is completely incorrect. The exe file is for windows and it is an optional installer if you have windows and aren't tech savvy enough to unzip stuff. The zip download works for both apple and windows. This is all explained in the installation instructions within the post, though.

Hello, love your mods. But I have a question about the venue list. If Im correct your venue list is compatable with zerbu's go to school mod correct. The reason I ask is because I am not getting a prompt to follow the child to school. I have everything set up. I also get the elementary school venue. But no prompt to follow to school. The child just goes to school via the rabbit hole. Could you tell me if your venue list is includes this mod. Thanks

Are you using the venues correctly though? Most of these venues require you to travel to them through the drugs or gangs tab on your phone as that triggers specific situations required for npc’s to spawn and do their thing. If you need some help with anything head over to the support channel on the Discord server. Link is at the bottom of the post

Love the mod but nobody is going into my venues, they stand outside and as soon as I remove the mod everyone piles in lol

Head over to the support channel on the Discord server. Makes it easier for me or the support team over there to determine whether or not it is actually this mod being the culprit of your LE or not. If it is not I am sure we can point you in the right direction of fixing it, and if it is I'll make sure to iron out the issue on my end

It keeps giving me an error saying my mod isn't updated but I deleted the old file before downloading this one

The missing link is a relatively new Patreon bug. Try to click the post like Kaye_tee mentioned. Try refreshing the page. If all else fails head over to basementalcc.com, log in as a Patron and download it directly from my website instead
