"Just got @thevividapp and it's totally worth it if you are using your MacBook outside."

"Just got @thevividapp and it truly is DAY AND NIGHT!!! The new 14/16” macbook screen supports 1600 nits of brightness, but only for HDR content, otherwise it drops down to 500 nits. Vivid removes that limitation. Here’s the difference:"
Mark Villacampa

"Glad to see it working already, I wouldn't update to Ventura without vivid, I've gotten too used to the extra brightness."
Ivan

"I legit wish I saw this ad last week haha. I am in the car right now using my MacBook Pro 14 inch whole riding shotgun on an 8 hour drive road trip and Vivid is doing great to help with the brightness."Benjamin Aboagye
