either he too busy or there are no significant changes, but most likely too busy since there was a jungle change in patch 13.21

On rammus, do you go jaksho or evenshroud? (gold) or is it depending on enemy team?
they changed pet damage to scale with mr and armor along with health while nerfing ad and ap scaling rammus with his w which i believe is his first maxed ability gets a alot of armor and mr
How come Rammus isnt hurt more by the camp health changes?
